Quaint place. Potatoes pancakes were delicious. The Ukrainian breakfast was good. Food was hot. Service was great. Portions were great for the value.
This isn't perkins anymore it is call R&R restaurant. Great service. Great familly food with local produce...great size for plates even for kids...
Great service super fun environment, not a Perkins!
It's now called R and R. Food is very similar to Perkins. The server was excellent. Food is same as most Perkins restaurants which is not bad. Prices are high, but not complaining during pandemic.
Great hamburger omelet. It was a bit cold though, but all fresh, coffee hot, and very tasty breakfast! Bytheway, not Perkins anymore on Portage Ave, it is R&R.
Nice place, good food and very friendly and professional staff! Highly recommend!
Perkins is gone. New Rest and Relax Family Restaurant is great. Service was fantastic with excellent social distancing. Menu touts local dishes. Omelet was great along with some blueberry pancakes. Coffee comes in a thermos for the table. Now they just need some carafes of water on the table and to stopusing ketchup bottles in lieu of an individual dish. Also they might also stop bringing unnecessary condiments to the table, salt, pepper sugar etc. per request. Covid careful is the new normal.
the food was delish, the service was fast and friendly as well as the restaurant is very clean and organized and decorated nicely. restrooms were clean and well stocked
Got in immediately. Staff friendly and efficient. Premises clean. Quick service. Got our food very quickly and it was DELICIOUS! Reasonable price.
We came here as a second choice actually because the waiting line at another restaurant was crazy. We were really surprised what a nice menu they had, service was great and the meal came fast. Very tasty. Prices were good as well! Definitely will be back as a first choice this time!

While visiting Winnipeg we decided to go to an early show and then out for a late supper. Not wanting a chain restaurant we drove until we saw Perkins. We had never been there so decided to give it a try. They weren't busy so that was a bit of a concern. Our server (Krystal) welcomed us and treated us like the most valuable customer. We ended up ordering burgers and they were real meat and delicious. If you Haven't tried them, we all highly recommend you give them a try.
I had a regular breakfast and loved the bacon! I don’t like spicy little potatoes bits. Wish people would fry me some real potatoes like they used to. They have an awesome bakery I never knew about. I avoided the place due to the sign saying kids eat free cuz I thought it would be sticky with screaming children, but it was nice and not loud. I’ll go again.
