Good food, been a customer for a few years. Always had good service. Went there to pick up a arm full of perogys,etc and waited to pay. Employees walked by like I didn't exist. After 15 mins. of waiting, left the food on the counter and walked out pissed.not sure if I'll go back. I think I'll try mom's perogys instead. This happened at 11:30 am.

Called to ask about the free dozen perogies for birthdays, and was coldly brushed off because I mentioned it was for a child that doesn't have ID and no way to prove the date of birth.
The response was cold. I was told that it's not for a kid and that they're "trying to build business", and that it's for "paying customers only". As though me, the adult on the phone with them, was not a paying customer.
The cold treatment and brush off has made me not want to go there despite purchasing in the past.

Bought cabbage rolls & borscht.Cabbage rolls where good,the borscht was not good .Would not buy it again.The prices where a little high,I thought.$9.50 for 6 rolls & the same for the God awful soup.

Sorry for this review. These are very good perigees but they are getting over priced by lots now. $9 a dozen for a perigee that cost .25 per dozen to make and made by a machine yet. It’s time to start supporting the churches again.Company is getting greedy.We need to start supporting hand made perigees here in Winnipeg.$9 a dozen. WowI use to buy them for $7 a dozen. Today it was $9
So happy to find this store that has a variety of options to have for Ukrainian Christmas! Would have been nice to have seen “kutia” as well? Thank you?

I'm Ukranian, & finally found authentic Ukranian food. By far the best, I crave the cabbage rolls, & would not know they weren't made in my mother's kitchen. Also a very good selection of other foods. And ordering the large cabbage roll servings ahead make everything so simple for me. They also will send your order to their outlet stores for your local convenience for pickup. Prices are good & the service is warm, friendly, & very accommodating. Absolutely reccomend you try them if you want authentic Ukranian food.
