Customer service was terrible, cashier was rude and unreasonable. Reservation of 7 people and the first two people that arrive around 8:40 had to order everyone’s food because apparently their “last call” is at 8:45 when the restaurant closes at 10. Obviously had no time to know everyone’s order and just got the basic pho tai for everyone. It was not busy what so ever, there were 2 other tables that were dining in and one of the tables already had their food. If you are going to be closed at 10 it’s closed at 10 for the public not for the restaurant to be all and done for. Working in the restaurant industry most last calls are usually 20 mins before closing not an entire hour.
Tasty food and big portions. I really enjoyed it.

Nice place with tasty dishes. Unfortunately, most of the drinks and desserts were not available when we came. But fried bananas were really tasty.

A bit slow to deliver the food but well worth the wait
Also that's soy sauce on the table not chocolate!

I came to visit from Saudi Arabia and tried the food there. It was a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the treatment is nice. I am happy about that.

If you are craving pho or viet then this place would probably satiate your appetite but that’s as far as I’d go.
I ordered a Bun Bo Hue here and I’m pretty sure all they did was switch noodles they use and added Satay to pho broth. I feel like Bun Bo Hue shouldn’t have even been on the menu. Just say spicy pho or something.

No onions in my pho. Just strictly beef and noodles.
*update * 3 months later, still no onions.

It was humid inside pho hoang osborne branch. Rice noodle soup was okay. Downtown branch is much better
Huge fan of this place! Love the food and the rolled ice cream.

Lunch rush, 3 tables of people, one takeout order. Waiting 20 min still can't order. Pretty poor business and bad bad service. Will not come to this location or probably restaurants again. Too many other better options.

Yesterday was my first visit and I already want to go again today! The grilled pork( lemongrass) tasted so good, it brought back fond childhood memories from 45 years ago. I can’t wait to taste the soup…

The ambiance is lovely, the food flavors are balanced, the prices are fair, and they offer a variety of menu options including ice cream. Overall, it's a decent place to dine when you crave Vuetnamese Restaurant.
