Nothing short of thievery, I order pho with rare steak , flank and brisket, I also paid for extra flank as well as sub egg noodles. My goodness was I disappointed when I opened my order and saw only five slices of meat - 2 rare steak and 3 briskets. I will never buy from this place ever again and I advice nobody should if you love your hard earned money. Smh

Second time today I was not given bean sprouts with pho cause I didn’t tip when paying BEFORE ordering at this self serve restaurant with no server and self serve water station. I asked for bean sprout and the woman was not happy and she eventually brought it to me. She was not friendly in the first place tho. And it’s second time. Last time I just ignored it but today I need to write a review. Food is decent and price is a bit higher side compared to other pho restaurants but it’s cause it’s fancier looking inside in a good location. Anyway am i in the wrong that I didn’t tip? I’m just gonna keep going and not pay tip and ask for bean sprouts cuz I live close by and I love pho. Food is pretty decent here.

Not every East Indian entering the restaurant is a Skip or DoorDash guy. I would never visit this place again.Staff should at-least learn to apologize when they mistake customer to a as skip delivery guy.

Everything is good except the receptionist, she seems in a rush to her break and I feel like i am not being welcomed at all. I asked for her suggestions on what is the fastest food will be serve in here and she seems not understand the question and tell me to pick whatever I want. I don’t like the new payment system that you order and you have to pay at the front. It seem like a self-service food court instead of a restaurant. Food price go up and portion go down. Vietnamese restaurant usually famous with great food and good hospitality but this time I visit it l did experience that.

Came for the Pho left with a smile- Service was great. Ordered rare steak Pho came out in 1 minute, the server was happy to accommodate us with 2 bowls so we could share. overall great experience this place should be rated higher in my opinion.

Don’t go here if you have allergies, the item I ordered had no mention of onions in it, it came with onions so I informed them of the allergy and asked for a new order without onions. Sadly a few minutes later they brought out the same plate, with the onions scraped off, mostly..there were still onions much to my dismay, I left hungry and $18 poorer than I entered.
