Music too loud all the time. No blinds no window tint. Its too bright in there mid day. Hard to eat when the sun is right on your eyes

I ordered a stir-fry: Rice Noodles with Veggies and Tofu. When I received the dish I noticed right away it was saturated with oil, hoisen and soya sauce. I ended up eating half the dish but didn't like it. When I asked the lady taking the order at the front what kind of oil they use, she appeared caught off guard by my question and went and asked the cook, she then told me it's a vegetable oil. If I go back again I will ask them to go lighter on the oils and sauces.

Very disappointed in overpriced lettuce wraps that now contain 50%less meat and 50% more vermicelli noodles

Food is fantastic but the staff can be overbearing trying to micromanage seating when it's a seat yourself place. Been chased out of a seat by staff because it was a table they deemed too large for 2 people.

I've ordered takeout two times. I ordered the peanut satay both times.
It tastes great and I do like it. The issue is the first time I ordered the regular size, and the second time I ordered the large (which costs extra of course). Both times they were exactly the same size. I find that disappointing as you'd think you'd get more with the larger size.

First time dining here and was impressed by the great service and the cool ambiance.
We had two orders of the House Deluxe Vermicelli. While the price was reasonable and the quality and taste profile of the grilled meat and the egg rolls were amazing, the noodles was a total bust - they were not freshly made and therefore, they were really dry. Even with the extra nuoc cham, it just wasn’t good.
The noodles situation really dampen the otherwise good first impression.

Congrats.
You have the weirdest, most plain tasting broth, out of every Pho spot I've ever ordered from, from Winnipeg, to Calgary, to Vancouver.
Od yourself a favor and don't even bother with these guys.
The whole franchise is cheap and lazy. Go find a realspot in the West end.

Straight up racist against Arabs, charged 39 dollars for a bowl of pho, had to return it 4 times because they kept bring out pork, when asked specifically for shrimp, then laughed about it, literal worst service I have ever seen, awful people
