Brutal service, I asked for water for my wife’s dinner and they, it will come later! Very disorganized and not worthy of a return visit. Food is okay but still does not make up for poor service! Water finally came almost at the end of my wife’s meal, very sad!
Went there today with 2 of my friends. Was there for more than 1 hour. They did not come out to our table even once to check or re-filled our water cups. Kind of Sad service for an otherwise good restaurant. Very poor experience in that regard.

Bland & Flavourless. Meat in soup is too fatty. There are countless better options for Vietnamese in Winnipeg, this place ain't it. Tip option starts at 15% for counter service.

Rare beef pho - normally my favourite - came with beef (well maybe beef?) so fatty it was indiscernible. The restaurant had dirty floors & the plates served had multiple chips in them. I sat near the washroom and saw a cook enter the washroom and distinctly heard a flush and the door flew open AT THE SAME TIME. Couldn’t get out fast enough.

The Pho was okay, not the best I've had in the city. Price is alright for the portion you get.It was busy when we went, making us feel a bit crowded when eating.Parking: A little bit hard to find when it's busy in the area

Not bad. Not the best pho I've had. But good price point. You can share a bowl since it's quite large. It's hard to hear one another since it was crowded. Not a fan of how the tables were spaced out in the restaurant. It felt very cramped and if you're claustrophobic I won't suggest dining in this restaurant.Pho is prepared in like 5 minutes. Overall if you want something quick and healthy, this is the best meal to get. Pair it with the holy basil and beans sprouts.Parking: Parking is tough. We had to wait for 10 mins for a parking spot. This was the weekend though

Got dinner for takeout with my boyfriend and the staff were so nice and helpful. They gave us ice water while we waited for our meal and helped me with my bags of food! The food tasted amazing and the Taro bubble tea was so yummy. My favourite is the Chicken wings with coconut rice and the Steak, Brisket

Our family of 4 when there and sat down while I order food. The staff come over and tell us that we have to leave the table and can't seat down until we order food. Worse customer service ever.

Pho Hoang is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Winnipeg! The flavors are incredibly authentic, transporting me back to the streets of Vietnam with every bite. The pho is a standout, with rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The menu offers a delightful array of Vietnamese dishes, each crafted with precision and care. If you're looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience, Pho Hoang is the place to be!
