We waited 40 minutes for the last dishes, and one was wrong. The restaurant clearly doesn’t have enough staff to handle the demand.

Having visited many times, I can confidently say this is one of the best Vietnamese spots around. The classic beef pho is a standout; the broth is incredibly flavorful, a clear sign of the time and effort they put into it. The noodles are always perfect, with a wonderfully chewy texture. I recently tried the 7-color broken rice, which was excellent as always. It's great that they serve this dish with authentic broken rice, as many restaurants have switched to regular white rice, which just doesn't hit the same. Finally, a shout-out to the staff. It's amazing to see one person handle everything—taking orders, serving food, cleaning tables, and refilling water—all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile for every guest.

My daughter and I decided to try out this restaurant for the first time, we were satisfied with the food, but not the customer service, the service was very slow and not professional. We had to ask numerous times for a water refill and lime for our water. We waited almost an hour for a small portion of food. ( 1 bowel of pho and 4 spring rolls) . We decided to order dessert after our meal and the server told us it would be a 10 minute Wait, it took more like 30 minutes. We were there for almost an hour and a half. Very disappointed with the poor customer service, we will not be coming back! Better options out there!

Y'all really need some more servers. Like it was a full restaurant and only 2 servers running around. Plus take out and deliveries. Pretty sure that's not very safe for them to overworked like that

I have visited the restaurant many times with my girlfriend and always been very impressed with the food and service until last Saturday July 19, 2025. We were told an item on the menu wasn't available but noticed 10 minutes later that other guests who ordered after us had received this item. It was clear discrimination against us to serve other guests who were of the same nationality. We politely asked the server and host and were lied to, as we were told they ran out and bought more of the item we ordered (chicken wings) no discount was given to us for this clear discrimination. We won't be back. Be better Pho Que Huong and teat customers fairly.

Food is always very good but they just raised their prices. Their deluxe beef pho I used to get was 14.95 now it is 17.50. 4 spring rolls were 9 now they are over 11. Doesn’t make it as comparable anymore to other restaurants, used to only buy from here because it was good food but to raise prices like that ima switch restaurants now.
