Did not even want to leave one star but did anyway since cannot proceed without it. Ordered two chicken pitas last week, at Regent location. server was rude, our pitas were made in rush, so disappointed. Did not even want to eat. Never going back.

I came to order 2 pitas. I placed my order, and was waiting for them to make them. They don’t steam there pitas every other location i’ve been to steams there pitas. They took to long to make them, i was there for 10 minutes and there weren’t any people.
If you want a good soft pita and you want them steamed don’t come here.

$13.99 for a pita?!?!! Since when did they go up that much! I haven’t been here for a long time but I used to come here frequently and they were not that much. Wow. This will be my last time. In addition to the price, the quality of the ingredients were subpar and once I started paying the cashier just walked away and didn’t say anything. She didn’t ask me if I wanted the veggies on the grill which they used to do. I walk over to where they have the ingredients and the condition of some of them were not good. The spinach had a lot of wilted wet pieces from being rotten. The lettuce had black specs on it, and every other bite I took I was spitting out the chicken because it was chewy. I didn’t even finish it. It was awful. They used to taste so delicious I would get it almost every day but this didn’t even taste good. Who is actually paying almost $15 for these? It won’t be me.

The lady who was working the order counter was not helpful. It was my first time there and it is a bit overwhelming, especially since I was already upset about her basically calling my son a thief. He tried to use a gift certificate that was given to him by his teacher for helping run the car show. She refused to accept it and said that several had been stolen from a company vehicle. Without proof of payment it was considered stolen. We will not be back.
