Went to the Regent location which we usually go to. Got a chicken crave and asked for only mushrooms on the grill and they put peppers and onions on it, which I don’t like and give me heartburn, so I had to pick through it. The pita was ripped and falling apart. For the price they are, wasn’t happy about the toppings I didn’t ask for and the ripped pita that made it hard to eat. Probably a one off as it’s usually great here but was disappointed tonight.

Went to place an order online for pickup. The total came to $30 for 2 QP pitas after making one of them a combo. It was taking me so long to enter all of the information we figured it would be easier to go in. Our total in restaurant for the same order came out to $37. When we asked why the price difference even showing the order which was still on my phone, the 2 young ladies couldn’t explain the difference. She said there was a 2 can dine special but that still didn’t match the online order. When we asked if we had been given that special she said no because we didn’t ask for it. Won’t be supporting this business if this is their practice.

Nice, clean location. Staff are conscientious of allergies once mentioned, and take the extra precautions. Food was tasty as always. Washroom was clean and tidy.

I went for the Tuesday special of chicken pitas and staff was awesome telling about the special but when I ordered my 2 chicken pitas the price was super high. I asked what about the special you told me about, she says my chicken pitas I ordered was not apart of the deal. Mean while it says chicken PITAS . Advertisement didn't say only 1 kind of pita

Love coming to the Regent Pita Pit. The food is always amazing. I orders the new Cajun Chicken Caesar pita today. It was so good!! Service was awesome too!

I'll NEVER order from this location again. My pita was half empty - despite ordering a reasonable number of ingredients.

Also, the delivery was late, and it took so long that the pita was soggy by the time it arrived. I'm not impressed. What a rip off.

Went here at 10:26pm, hours say open till 11pm?? Staff locked the door and just stared at us. Very odd. Change your hours if you aren’t open late???

The staff here were awesome. I think it might have been the manager I was dealing with (for a platter pickup) and she was so nice and helpful. The food was fresh and high quality. Thanks!!

I love pita pit and the variety of toppings and types of pitas you can get. The only drawback for me is the prices keep increasing and the portion size shrinking. You have to ask for a ridiculous amount of toppings to get a substantial sized pita. If you don't ask for extra you have a half empty pita. I must say that all the staff have been really friendly and accomodating and there is always a table for a quick bite.

Used to be a good place to go. Didn't mind the extra cost for a healthy option but have been getting things wrong and when I actually go there on Saturday morning after my workout at 10 they don't actually open until 10:30 even though Google says 8am, the signs outside say 9am and I get told by the only girl there that she's to busy for me and that skip and dash orders are more important.

I went in to get food and told the one girl on cash that I have a dairy allergy. She looked at me rudely and then started giving me attitude. Just a bad interaction, especially when allergies should be taken seriously!
