whoever was working 21/05/2024 at 8:45 is an absolute gem, the sweetest gal i have ever had make a meal for me. i wish i had asked for her name because she was so sweet an incredibly helpful. she deserves a raise!!!! i hope she works the next time i come back :)

This location is really hit and miss. I find it best in the evenings but not in the last hour it's open. Don't go during the day. The service can be really awful. Staff have attitude and you may end up with a mess like I had today. I ordered ahead and asked for hot sauce. I arrived early and watched her make it. And noticed there was no hot sauce added so I nicely reminded her and she said oh I already put some on the chicken. I asked of she could just do it the normal way and put it inside the pita. Well she did. And a fair bit extra. It was so loaded with hot sauce it was squirting out with every bite and was so overpowering I tossed it and went next door for a burger. That being said my last 2 visits were decent. But both were in the evening. So like I said it's hit and miss. It may be good and you may be tossing it in the gar age like I did today.

Pita was good but the service was disappointing a friend and I went in at 4pm nov 19 and was helped right away but another girl who was making the pita was obviously having a bad day she didn’t make eye contact once, had scowl on her face and was rushing me through the veggies by going” ANYTHING ELSE?” with attitude, there were no other customer in the store to rush for.. My friend had nothing in her pita yet and firstly added hummus and she said “is that it?” Ummm there is such thing as stupid question and that was one.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was the southwest steak and the other was a buffalo chicken. The steak had almost no meat, the chicken had a small quarter sized piece of chicken at the end of the sandwhich. Very difficult for staff to make snadwhiches.

Walked in, No “Hi welcome to pita pit”, but looks at her watch and looked at us with disgust as if she has seen some ghost and trust me when i say we checked the time before we walked in. place had the open sign on, as per google the place was still open for next 40 min. Only if i could rate this place 0 stars instead of one. -5 for customer service. Only if you guys can train your staff to use words instead of making stupid faces to let us know that the place is closed.

Food was good but the quality was unacceptable. We had to continually tell them not to pick the wilted lettuce, the avocado sauce was crusty and brown and we had to ask for new sauce. The biggest turn off was the employees attitude. She did not seem to care. She had attitude and her demeanour was insulting. I will not be back to this location. Subway is right beside it. I’ll go there instead.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was the southwest steak and the other was a buffalo chicken. The steak had almost no meat, the chicken had a small quarter sized piece of chicken at the end of the sandwhich. Very difficult for staff to make snadwhiches.
The 2 ladies working here have quite the attitude. I received an important phone call that couldn't have lasted more than 5 mins, so I stood against the wall with a mask on and away from the till, not speaking loudly. She asked me twice while I stood there if I was ready, clearly annoyed the 1st time and the 2nd time rolling her eyes and went to the back and didn't come out for several minutes, the other girl also shot me a glance and followed the other. There was no one behind me waiting, had there been I would have let them go ahead. There was no apparent reason to be rushing. When I put the order in for the pita they normally put green peppers, onions, mushrooms on the grill with the protein. They failed to do that. All of the toppings I asked for she put a minimal amount. When she handed me the pita she said "have a good one" in a snarky tone. I'm not sure why they felt any of that was necessary. Even if 1 of them wanted to go on a break or something they could've, it wasn't busy. But I will definitely not be coming back to be regarded this way again for $14.
