This was my first time ordering. I was initially told the delivery would take 20–25 minutes, but after waiting almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, I was then told to wait another 10–15 minutes. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.
On top of that, I received the wrong drink, and the dipping sauce was missing from my order. If the delivery time is going to be this long and the order is incomplete, customers should be informed honestly and orders should be checked properly before dispatch.

Extremely poor service. We genuinely like the pizza, but the service is beyond frustrating. Every single time we order, we clearly and repeatedly request NO ginger and NO coriander. We say it 3–4 times, and the staff always confirms that it’s noted.
Yet somehow, the order always comes wrong. Not once. Not twice. Every single time. Then we’re expected to stand in the store for another 15–20 minutes waiting for a remake because of their mistake.
This has happened over 15 times, which shows a complete lack of attention and care. At this point, it’s not an accident — it’s negligence. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for basic order instructions to be followed.
If you can’t handle simple requests, then the service seriously needs improvement.

Terrible service. Ordered pizza for delivery today and after one hour of ordering it was still not prepared. They kept lying about the order status even after one hour, they were still working on it. We had a party tonight, guests were waiting and it was such an embarrassment for us today. Really disappointed.

We ordered fish but it was too hard not soft And we called them they said no we didn’t get any complaints today I don’t know her name she is very rude she didn’t said sorry or something to resolve this issue she said that was different staff now we came started our night shift why why why why u doing this behaviour if u can’t help or resolve u have to have deal with customers She is very bad

service is really bad here. staff here is all appointed as managers but they know nothing. This is our last stop pizza depot there are many other good pizza restaurants around that have proper trained staff and good management. the food quality has gone down over the past year. this place is horrible, do not eat here.
