Very disappointing experience. We ordered a pizza but received the wrong order. When we complained, they asked us to pay again. To make matters worse, we found hair in almost every slice. We had to throw the whole pizza away. Completely unacceptable

Pizza Depot has been our go-to pizza place for a long time, and we absolutely love their pizzas. We order at least 2-3 pizzas every week, and they’ve always been a favorite. However, our experience on February 22, 2025, was disappointing, not because of the pizza itself, but because of the customer service we received.We placed an order around 4:47 PM and were initially told we’d have to wait about 25 minutes. Shortly after, we received a call back saying the store wasn’t busy and we could come pick up the pizza right away. When we arrived, the pizza was cold, which was surprising. We called back just to let them know about the issue, but the employee we spoke to was dismissive and refused to acknowledge the problem. It’s worth noting that the night shift staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes this experience stand out even more. We hope this is just an isolated incident, as we truly enjoy Pizza Depot and want to continue supporting them. Better customer service would make a huge difference! We’ll still be ordering from Pizza Depot, but we hope the team takes feedback like this seriously to ensure every customer has a great experience.

Pizza crust wasn’t great. I would suggest the supervisor to try any other franchise pizza and check where you are standing.. The dough is stretchy like chewing gum even at well done stage in oven… Not blaming the staff or store

We order 3 pizza and they said it will take 30 mins to prepare and after 1 hour they are not prepared even after we got our order one pizza was not baked properly. We call them they just can’t accept it and cut the call must say very very rude customer service they really don’t know how to deal with customers.

Ordered for the first time today, order was missing wings. Also ordered bacon strips and they gave us the bacon chunks instead, as well as giving us ranch sauce when we ordered spicy buffalo. Why is it so hard to find a place that can follow directions lately?
