We were so excited to have a pizza depot in our area as we have gotten tasty pizza from other locations of theirs.
This location is slow. Slower than slow. And they don't communicate with you at all.
Once I went to pick up my pizza. I went during the 45-60m window the email stated. When I arrived they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven. It was an additional 15m (so an hour and 15)
Delivery 1- Ordered, email received said 45-60m for delivery. Called the store after an hour. The owner apparently delivering my pizza. Still took an additional 15m. They gave 50 percent off.
Delivery 2- Ordered, email said 45-60m. Called after an hour. They apparently sent the pizza with Skip the Dishes. And that they will come collect payment at another time. Hard pass.
As tasty as a pizza is, it's not exactly a treat when you have to wait over an hour every single time. Not likely to order again. They need more staff.

If I could give Pizza Depot on Molso zero stars, I would. It started with me calling in my order because I had received a text message offering me 20% off my next order if I called my order in. The person on the other line told me “that’s for walk-in customers only“. I said “it does not say that on my text at all“. He put someone else on the phone. I started reading the text to her and she told me that it was for first time customers only. But my text clearly stated “thanks for supporting Pizza Depot“. Which would imply that I’ve purchased from them before. She was very rude while we went over my order again. We finally got through it and she told me that my order would be delivered to me in 35 minutes. Keep in mind I live a 4 min drive from this place.
45 minutes later, they called me to tell me that they had no potato wedges which was part of my order. They offered me another option, so I chose boneless chicken wings. They called me back two minutes later to tell me they were also out of boneless chicken wings and asked me to pick something else. They also informed me that their bank machine wasn’t working and could I pay cash. I didn’t have cash on me so they told me they would come tomorrow for me to pay.
90 minutes after I’d originally placed my order, I called them to ask them where my order is. The guy who answers the phone says “oh he’s outside your house“. I was literally standing in my yard outside of my fence. He says “yeah he’s there. Don’t you see him, he has a turban on“? There was nobody outside. Not a single soul. He says “OK let me get back to you in a second“. And he goes and talks to the driver. Then he comes back and says that the driver has been knocking at my door for 15 minutes. I’ve been on my couch the entire time and my couch is like 10 feet from my door. I didn’t even have my tv on. I don’t know where they were or if they were just full of it, but I was super unimpressed. From beginning to end, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I told them to keep their food and not to show up to my house.
UPDATE: while I was on my way to McDonald’s, they showed up to my house and dropped the order off with my son.

This pizza shop is hands-down the best in town! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and the smell of freshly baked pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chew. The sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. They clearly care about quality here!
The service was fast, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the experience is top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s my new go-to spot for pizza nights!

Had originally left a review with 2 starts because of a not so great experience last time. Figured maybe it could have been a fluke and to try again. Ordered medium pizza and wings for delivery. Received them in an hour and pretty nice and hot. Chicken is great and I enjoyed the pizza toppings. Strange that I ordered the 'extra extra sauce' option but there was hardly ANY sauce at all on it. Would have pretty pretty darn good if that wasn't skipped. I'm waiting for the day when quality control standards come up so that it's more common to get an order right instead of every order from almost every place is wrong these days.
