Great experience at Pizza Hotline on Portage! The food tastes amazing — fresh ingredients, great sauce, and the pizzas are always cooked perfectly. The service is fast and friendly, and the staff are very helpful. I always enjoy ordering from this location. Highly recommend!

Found pieces of WOOD in my pizza! Completely ruined my appetite I think I even ate some pieces of it, I feel so sick. Spitting out pieces of wood with blue paint after taking a bite and realizing its oddly crunchy. I requested a refund and they said they cant do refunds only a credit to my account or a new pizza sent out. I am so disgusted I want a refund I will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered for pickup at the Daer location and call center sent it here instead.. the chicken and bacon was really light on the barbecue sauce and the slices weren't cut through

Food was decent, service was fantastic, but the atmosphere was depressing a bit as it was very warm inside and there's only a table to lean on by the window. I will also take into consideration that some businesses don't have seating to prevent non-customers from coming in and staying which is understandable.

I didn’t ate because of my dental surgery but bought it for guests and family member. They all liked it. The only problem is the base. Regular base was very doughy. I wish i could have ordered Thin crust.

We wanted to order a special for international pizza hotline day. I tried to order online but it wasn't available. I called the hotline number and it prompted us to walk-in and order. So I drove to the store, only to be told they are sold out. So disappointing. Don't advertise a special, make people jump thru hoops to get it, and then it's sold out anyway.

Would be super helpful if the delivery driver would actually get off his butt and deliver to the door instead of stopping in middle of the street and text ppl. Park your vehicle, get out of vehicle , go to door and deliver or text once at the door. Not too difficult.
