The delivery person called and I said, I will be right down. I live on the third floor. He called me again (30 Seconds later) and asked, Are You Coming Down? In a rude voice. I met him 10 seconds later. Minimal tip!!! You can respond to this review and sound sorry, but seriously, look at ALL your reviews!

This pizza hotline is good/ok at best. I dont understand why they ask if you want buttered crust an sesame seeds if they add any of it.. this has happened more times than I can count on my hands so I just order without now. There pizza stays true to the 222 quality but there kinda cheap on toppings an the crust is made with no soul.. unlike other hotlines in the city this one falls short. Service is always great prices are good an I order pizza from here almost weekly. The quality is lacking.

Do you see ham here? No, but it is there. I took the hotline in all the pizzerias and unfortunately this was the worst of all.

Ordered at 4:22pm. It's 5:54 and my pizza isn't still ready. I was told 10 mins. Walked out. They also weren't giving anyone discounts for waiting. Clearly they don't know how to run a pizza place

St Anne’s pizza hotline is the absolute worst, very poor customer service.
Messed up my order, made no effort to fix or apologize for the situation
Highly recommend you go to the pizza hotline on St Mary’s instead, much better there
