Ordered at 4:22pm. It's 5:54 and my pizza isn't still ready. I was told 10 mins. Walked out. They also weren't giving anyone discounts for waiting. Clearly they don't know how to run a pizza place

St Anne’s pizza hotline is the absolute worst, very poor customer service.
Messed up my order, made no effort to fix or apologize for the situation
Highly recommend you go to the pizza hotline on St Mary’s instead, much better there

I spontaneously picked up a pizza from Pizza Hotline in Winnipeg and absolutely loved it! The service was super friendly. Once there I only had to wait 10 minutes for my pizza, which is really quick. What is particularly positive is that the employee even pointed out an ongoing offer to me, which meant I was able to save even more.
The pizza was fresh, hot and tasted great. Such service, especially so late at night, is really not a given. I will definitely come back! Absolutely recommended, thanks to the great team!

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas that apparently they have a deal for 40$ and they send me 13” pizza.(16” is actually extra large)they don’t have corn and they don’t have Coca Cola…(basic stuff for a pizzeria)🤨.plain robbery they think some people don’t know what extra large mean.. don’t buy front this people

Got pizza from here in January It was amazing. Then we got pizza here last weekend and it was horrible. We ordered extra sauce but when we got the 4 pizzas they all had barely any sauce on them. This made even pizza loving kids not wanting more than their first piece. Will never order from here again. So sad.

Best bang for buck.. ordered my pizza and the guy said ten minutes.. i timed it.. outstanding service from the pizza hotline on st. Anne's road.. i applaud your performance.. 9 mins ( probably less) and the fellow that was working delivered a piping hot pizza right to my car window.. if you see this review @jerrychamplony the guy working at the ste anne's location feb 26th about 1030 pm 2024 deserves recognition for his effort.. wicked good pizza he made for me and he went up and above and brought it right to my car. These little things make me a life long loyal customer.. ( aswell as i wired half of your cafe 22's and your test facility with t+a electric) give that guy employee of the year and a little raise and a high five from me.. great job man!!! i appreciate the great pizza and your commitment. The pizza gods will eternally smile on you brother...
