Meh... I've had superior Pizza Hotline from the Pembina location 3 minutes away from this location. Is it worth the extra 3 minute trip... probably not, but maybe, and that's the problem. I shouldn't have to debate myself about which Pizza Hotline to pick up from.

They have a repeating pattern of discrimination towards others and favouritism towards Indians… to the extent where I was verbally abused both on the phone and in person by the same Indian driver twice and I have a voice recording for proof from the third interaction with the driver which I sent to the management (all Indians), however they chose to ignore it and instead ban me from ordering on the basis of ‘abusing’ the driver… Excuse me?? This company is one of many that moves like a mob, gaslight their customers and let their drivers disrespect and abuse freely as they wish. Shame on this establishment

I normally like Pizza Hotline pizza, and thought I would try this new (for me) location. My pick-up four topping pizza had way too few toppings. It looked like half or more of the pizza was bare except for the bit of cheese. Lesson learned: avoid this location!

They kept the place neat. I got my food within 10 mins.
So I look online for a simple Menu and tge website is so glitchy and doesnt work properly at all. I finally find a flyer thats apparently 4 years old but its the only menu they have for the public online......so I call make a querey about A deal....they confirm its pick up only....so I go to the Store just to get questioned and find out its years old and not honoured. FIX YOUR INFORMATION AND Hire English canadian workers !!!!!! stop dicriminating

Last order was cold upon delivery. Was told 20 mins for delivery called at 50 min mark and was told it was on way. Live 2km at most away from locatio and it still tool 25 mins to get here. Drive said he just oicked up 5 mins earlier. Called to get answers why and was given a bunch of excuses and left us wondering if they really cared about customer service
