Placed an order for a birthday party at hotel today and it didn't show up.
Front desk told me the driver refused to deliver the the room and walked out. No one called the party room to get me to confirm the order.
When I called to check on it I was told I'd have to pay double to get them to come back. What a scam.
I'm never ordering from here again.
Tip to others, get Little Caesar's hot and ready when pizza hotline doesn't show up.
We ordered 4 X large assorted pizzas for a party and when it arrived we were told by the driver there was a mistake and they did up a pepperoni and peppers instead of pepperoni and bacon. They said they would return with the correct pizza and we could have the wrong pizza for free. They promptly returned within 15 minutes with the correct pizza. The driver was very nice and pleasant!!! Thank you!!!
