I ordered online and drove 5 KM to get here and still I had to wait 30 minutes to get 2 pizza. Seems like they didn’t start preparing the order until I get to the shop and pay.
I was asked to pay the bill as soon as I got in or else I would cancel and went to other shop nearby.

Tried to order online for office party, kept saying not valid email address. Same one I've been using for 20 yrs.

We order pizza from the Keewatin location in Winnipeg all the time and love it! Today both pizzas doughs were half raw I had to put them in the air fryer to cook them. We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza thin crust extra sauce got thick crust no extra sauce extra cheese . The other one was a cauliflower pizza it was so under cooked we couldn’t pick up a piece had to use a spatula . Very upsetting when you pay $45 and have to recoil them and one isn’t what you ordered, Noreen 42 Parashin Bay Winnipeg you can check we ordered it tonight Dec 11 2024 .

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this place. I placed an order for a party the day before like they had said and when I went to pick it up they said there was no order so I showed my receipt and had to wait for the order to be fulfilled and on top of that they got it wrong. When I called the number and let them know what happened they only were offering to have me pick up
The missing item or to have the missing item added to my next order. After this experience I don’t think I would want to go back here. They don’t seem to know much I get told coming to the establishment you get a better deal but then I’m told if I go online I get a better deal but which one is it or do they just not know anything about their menu and deals.

I ordered on phone .but the lady was talking rudely and angry. She not understanding to me .the I canceled my order.on 19 July at 7.30.see who was working that time .congratulations u lost a customer.

I stood at the front desk for a good 5 minutes ringing the bell and no service so I left.Great job guys and maybe next time you will hook a bell up to the door bell at the front so you know a customer is waiting.I went back and they served me quick and the food was good except the bald spots on a pizza which was supposed to have extra cheese. A extra cheese pizza should never have bald spots.
