We order pizza from the Keewatin location in Winnipeg all the time and love it! Today both pizzas doughs were half raw I had to put them in the air fryer to cook them. We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza thin crust extra sauce got thick crust no extra sauce extra cheese . The other one was a cauliflower pizza it was so under cooked we couldn’t pick up a piece had to use a spatula . If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this place. I placed an order for a party the day before like they had said and when I went to pick it up they said there was no order so I showed my receipt and had to wait for the order to be fulfilled and on top of that they got it wrong. When I called the number and let them know what happened they only were offering to have me pick up The missing item or to have the missing item added to my next order. After this experience I don’t think I would want to go back here. They don’t seem to know much I get told coming to the establishment you get a better deal but then I’m told if I go online I get a better deal but which one is it or do they just not know anything about their menu and deals.

The old layout, which also offered stone-fired pizza, was much better. The new layout shifted completely away from dine-in and gave it a typical franchise look.

I stood at the front desk for a good 5 minutes ringing the bell and no service so I left.Great job guys and maybe next time you will hook a bell up to the door bell at the front so you know a customer is waiting.I went back and they served me quick and the food was good except the bald spots on a pizza which was supposed to have extra cheese. A extra cheese pizza should never have bald spots.

Ordered pizza last night it’s was like wet dough from inside. Not cooked well .Won’t be going again for pizza
One of you drivers was kind enough to cut me off last night and almost drive into the side of my vehicle, super impressed!I really appreciate having to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision because your employee was in to big of a rush to be in his proper lane and decided to cut across 2 lanes to make a turn.Good to know that the safety of other people on the road comes 2nd to making sure your subpar trash pizza gets delivered.I will never spend another dime on this business again because of this drivers careless and dangerous actions.I would have got his plate, but his vehicle was so dirty I wasn't able to see it, that's OK.I will be contacting WPS and let them know to be on the look out for your drivers.

Ordered from a few Pizza Hotlines in the city and by far this is the best one. The dough is fluffy and tasty and they do not skimp on the toppings.The staff are so friendly and always take the time to make my son's visit special. Pizza is one of the few foods he eats and they always make sure they show him his pizza to make sure it's right!! Highly recommend this Pizza Hotline!!
