A joke as a franchise. Apparently employees dont have supervisors on the floor, and when asked to speak to one they refuse and want to know why i need to speak to supervisor. What a joke of customer service

My husband and I decided to get hotlines pizza, tropical chicken before making our way back to Edmonton by train. The pizza also had bacon bits on it. I ended up getting food poisoning and the whole night with my little one, ’m just puking my guts out. Then I asked a train lady about Gravel or anything they could offer. And she wondered what pizza place I went to. Then when I said hotlines, she said that makes sense. “They are poor at taking care of their food.” And so vices to say. I won’t be eating or looking at pizza for a really long time.

The outside identity doesn't match with pizza hotline, cafe 22 is what's written. But the pizza is amazing as always!!!

This is probably the worst pizza hotline in Winnipeg. The pizza is just gross and the toppings never taste fresh or how they should taste. I've continually requested extra sauce and never got it.

This used to be decent pizza up until a year or two ago. It's gross now.

You cannot put possible tips within salary window when placing job ads. It's deceptive.

I have been getting pizza here since this location opened a few times a month (pizza hotline customer for 20 years)
The one time I have a problem (someone for got to sauce my pizza) I am basically told too bad. I have the Un eaten pizza, box, receipt and of course pictures. I guess 1 in a thousand pizzas is an acceptable mistake and I'm not mad about the sauce, but the service the first time I have a problem is horrible

We used to order from here all the time, up until a few weeks ago when my daughter told me she doesn’t like PH anymore. I would only order from here because it’s cheap but you’ll never get the same pizza twice even if you order the same thing. Very inconsistent. Not recommended.

Be warned! We ordered an EXTRA LARGE and it was only 13 INCHES!.
Then they have us a hard time when we complained.
