I ordered four boxes of pizza, but they tasted extremely salty. When I called to complain, the supervisor abruptly ended the conversation and told me there was nothing she could do. This was very poor customer service. She insisted that they don’t add salt, but I explained that the sauce, butter, and cheese all contain sodium. She also mentioned that the order came from the Regent store. Overall, the experience was disappointing and reflected very bad customer service.

As any true Pizza lover knows; Not all Pizza Hotlines are created equal. This Regent location is exceptional. Pizza cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings, and lightning fast delivery. One of, if not the best Pizza Hotline in the city. BRAVO!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Pizza Hotline. I parked in a spot that wasn’t marked or designated for anyone in particular — no signs, no restrictions. I was just going in to pick up my order. But the guy working there came out and told me to move in the most rude, aggressive way possible, like I was doing something illegal.
There was no reason to speak to a customer like that. No “please,” no explanation — just attitude and disrespect. If that’s how they treat paying customers, I don’t want anything to do with this place.

After what I witnessed tonight and the issues i'm having now...I will not be back I ordered a pizza for pickup between 10:20pm and 10:40 April 4/2025 (Check the cameras) I paid with debit, the staff member passed me the device wearing a glove, took the device back from me wearing the glove...didn't throw it in the garbage and change...then proceeded to grab a stack of money with the same gloves on and move it....and went right back to making pizza's..without changing the gloves ?????..absolutely disgusting...contaminating every food container she touched, the cheese, pepperoni. mushrooms etc....appalling food handling practices...I was going to ask for a refund and I regret not doing it now because its 5:55am and I am throwing up constantly. If the owners of this place have any moral's left terminate this person...they should not be working with food!
