The pizza is always ready shortly after it's ordered. They are generous with the vegan cheese, unlike some other places. Great value for the money. Also, the super thin crust is super delicious.

We haven’t had Pizza Hotline for a long while, and we were pleasantly surprised with how hot and fresh the pizza was today. Everything was correct about the order, nothing was over-cooked, and the delivery was fast and friendly. I know it’s just Pizza Hotline, but it hit the spot this afternoon. Just wanted to say kudos.

Ordered a X-large pizza last night at 5:45, was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. Almost 50 minutes later, our pizza finally showed up. Very disappointed with the service and the pizza itself was so-so. We had phoned and were told that with delivery is 30 minutes. I understand 30 minutes but not 50 minutes.
I don’t recommend Pizza hotline, specially 1100 Concordia ave location. Most of the time, there was an issue with my order, it’s either uncooked or burnt. This time the cheese pizza I’ve got, was made with a large amount of tomato sauce which made a really bad taste. In my experience, it was just waste of money and time.

Delivety driver asked me to come meet him because he is busy. I said No im paying for delivery, so he flipped my pizza on its side.First time experiencing this in my life. 2nd time ordering here. Not going back. Ill stick to Dals, Santa Lucia, Gondola, Pizza Hut or Dominoes.
