Appasuletly terrible I ordered pizza now on anywhere I order pizza I ask to see it in the box before pay they burned the first pizza 2nd was so watery gross I don't know if it was spit or what it was but stuff was sliding off the pizza I called took pictures and send it to customer service they told me we don't run like this at all sadly big difference your staff the driver I called him after 60 secs seeing how bad the pizza was oh it's not my job I told him wait so it's not your job to care about customers he made every excuse in the book and kept trying to make it sound like discrimination when I had to repeat myself 100xs over just to say I did customer service before and did deliveries I even explained his policies he denied them saying he can't come back and refund it not your job once he was back on new years eve he was still whining at the door like it's my fault I don't know what happen yes you do and you lied the whole time on phone it took customer service to see with evidence I didt eat 1 bite nor open the pop gave it all back refunded and he just said I still lose I lost I even gave him 5 bucks back I shouldn't have to watch him stop crying at me like my fault your staff is criminal if you hired me I do a way better job for you guys. I'll never return as a customer I got plans for a other place to give my business

Pizza was undercooked, toppings were completely wrong and when I didn’t tip due to poor service, it appeared they grabbed my pizza box and tried to go around a corner with it and said it would be 2 more minutes? Pizza was already done and in the box and I’ve never seen them grab the box and take it around a corner and say 2 more minutes.
I am unsure what they do behind the corner however I’m assuming something fairly nasty! I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this location ever.

My employer purchased the catering boxes and pizza for our staff event. It included the Caesar salad, penne with white sauce, applewood wings, a meat lovers pizza, and a Greek pizza.
I organized the delivery order on their website. I am a huge advocate for Pizza hotline, because I normally love their food. However, this experience was very disappointing. The Caesar salad was drenched in sauce, and I'm normally someone who likes quite a bit of dressing. The penne also was swimming in it's sauce. The wings had very little flavor and were missing the sauces that they were supposed to come with. The pizzas were technically made correctly, but they were both cold, along with the rest of the hot food options.
It seems from fellow reviewers that this has been a common occurrence recently. I'm really hoping that they can get back to what they used to be known for.

I called Pizza Hotline, Mcphillips location to order an Extra Large Meat Lover Pizza, Hawaiian Pizza, a Small Cheese Pizza, and 20 Chicken Wings. Three pizzas and a container of wings. They asked for my name because I told them it was for pickup and so I gave them my name and they told me I could pick it up in 15 minutes.15 minutes passes by and my sister leaves to go pick it up with the card on her to pay for the order and the delivery guy shows up at my house with the items I ordered despite it being for pick up. I explained to him that there was a miscommunication, I ordered for pick up, not delivery and that my sister had already left with the card to pay. I then ask the delivery person if he could wait 3 minutes because my sister had just left with the card and he proceeds to give me attitude, rolling his eyes and going back to his car.By the time my sister comes home with the card, the delivery person left. We call them back and told them what had happened. The supervisor decides to give us 50% off our order which was great, until the food came an hour and a half later, and they only delivered the Extra Large Meat Lover Pizza, and specifically, 19 RAW chicken wings. It baffles my mind how petty they were over a miscommunication, on top of the delivery person giving us attitude. They intentionally DID NOT deliver the rest of our order (an Extra Large Hawaiian Pizza and a Small Cheese Pizza) and intentionally placed 19 UNCOOKED wings instead of the 20 we ordered. I do not understand why they could not have just given us the original order and instead made us wait for 1 out of 3 pizza's we ordered and 19 uncooked chicken wings.Thanks for being a toxic establishment and risking giving your customers food poisoning with the raw chicken wings. 0/10 would NOT recommend this place. ^-^

This is the best pizza for an even better price. Pick up xlarge is only 20 bucks and is soooo good. Always my go to. Love it.

I've never been disappointed. It's a smallish pick-up pizza place, but it's seems to always be busy. Despite the fast pace inside, I always feel confident that my order will be correct, and that it was worth a little extra driving. Great Job to the staff!!!

Their pizza is amazing - the crust is just the right kind of crispy and the cheese? So gooey and perfect. But what really stood out was their customer service. They pay attention to every little detail, making you feel super special. Definitely worth a try!
