The lady from India at the cash register does not understand English, we received different ingredients than we ordered, also hair on the pizza. We love this place, but we will not come again because of this atrocity.

Had a very concerning incident that happened today. While picking up our order, an employee almost caused a collision, informing said individual about almost hitting our vehicle, we were met with the rudest comments, gestures and even threats after things got escalated. If this is the image your establishment wants to portray. You have lost our business

We order from here about once a week. These guys are unbelievably fast (usually under 20 min to our door), and really good pizza for the money. On the rare occasion where we’ve had a complaint, they’ve been extremely responsive.

Placed an order online picked up pizza and toppings were not on whole pizza, everything is put in the middle. Received call from customer service, the guy did not even listen and said, do you want free pizza.
Did not send them email for free pizza, it was a feedback and this is how the customer service handles old customers.

Not sure who made my pizzas tonight but man were they were on fire! Best pizza I have had from Pizza Hotline in months. The rootbeer was cold and the bacon cheese sticks were perfect! I I turned around to give my husband one of the dipping sauces for them and he had already polished off 2 of the 3 I gave him. A+

The new pan crust is much better than what their crust was before. Will definitely be back. Xl 4 toppings is under $ 17.00.
