Ordered a penne with meat sauce. What a disappointment. Grosse. Just old noodles with pizza sauce and a sprinkling of crumbled sausage. The aluminum pan was previously used. There were burn marks on the aluminum but not a single noodle was effected. Basically garbage food. I added a picture of what was advertised and a bunch of pics of what they gave me.

We all got sick from this Pizza hotline location. Pizza had a bad smell. The meat toppings on the pizza were rotten must have an issue with refrigeration. Lots of diarreah going on. Requested pizza to be cut in squares and it wasn't. No one here can follow simple instructions. Cianflone's standards are non-existent. Will not order from here again.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Poor quality ingredients. The ham had a sour taste to it. The owner needs to wake up check the quality. These workers do a poor job. I will not be ordering from this location again. I can't believe this location is still in business. Do Not Recommend.

If you only want light or half sauce on a pizza apparently they don’t know how to do so, was told by 2 different people. I guess that’s what you get when they hire just anyone and everyone . Don’t order at this location, also don’t bother messaging the response they leave you , they just waste more of your time.

Called to order some pizza .could not hear the person on the line kids yelling. Dogs barking, then they hung up had to phone again. Pizza was not great .pizza huts the way to go.

Ordered an XL 4-topping pizza for pickup at the Kenaston Pizza Hotline late Friday night, ate half of it when I got home and woke up with food poisoning the next morning and was sick for 3 days after that. How do I know it was for sure the pizza? I hadn't eaten all day prior to having the pizza, so that was the only thing in my stomach that day. Not sure if the ingredients weren't stored at proper temperatures, or if it was because their internet was down and the worker kept running to the back with his food prep gloves on to check to see if the internet was working and touching god knows what before using the same gloves to make my pizza... but either way, I'm not ordering from this location anymore. Kind of makes me iffy about ordering from Pizza Hotline in general..

Pizza Hotline is somewhat of a hit or miss for us. Paying almost 30 bucks for an XL pizza with four toppings, including taxes, delivery, and tip. The pizza came quick, but it was warm at best, had almost no sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, and the toppings seemed like a last-minute addition. Tried this place a couple of times now, and it's not winning us over.2 / 2

For a few years they were my goto for pizza....awesome prices and honestly really good pizza. The prices are still very competitive but I feel the pizza has gone downhill. I really like their sauce and this is my main complaint. They seem to barely use any! Another poster commented this as well. I even asked for extra sauce and there was hardly any. I hope they read these comments and take them to heart. Have an option for light or more sauce perhaps. Next time I will take them back and ask for a refund.
