Had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with perfectly baked pizzas and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I also want to give a special shout-out to the employee, Preetika, who was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better. Definitely recommend!
Food and cleanliness is on point. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

I have tried their pizza I must say that’s best pizza I ever had. Customer service is on point. Staff members are very helpful. Preetika is very friendly towards her customers and she tries to give her best. I saw her working hard whenever I visited there.

I didn't care for the messy floors. The visible mouse traps. Or how the crew wore the same gloves to make the pizzas, and take payment. It was kinda gross. Not all employees were doing this. Luckily I arrived before my Pizzas went in, so I was able to watch the process start to finish, but several other customers came in to pick up orders and they definitely had pies made by the universal glove girl.
Probably won't order from here again. Kinda gross.

Order 3 pizzas, email and app said 20 mins but showed up half hour late. Pizza comes burnt like crazy and cold!! Call the plessis location it came from and get hung up on by one staff member, next staff member is very ignorant and belligerent with us. Puts us on hold without saying putting on hold. Then says she refuses to serve us. I call the 3rd time and get another ignorant chick that doesnt want to hear what I am complaining about and asks if her worker swore like my spouse. Said he had the right to swear when we are being served burnt food that they themselves wouldnt even eat. Then tells me that no fast food place would ever replace food and give a refund...told her I worked many fast food restaurants and have replaced crap quality food and given refunds and if i ever talked to customers like them I wouldnt have a job..she said ok well talk to our manager tomorrow then. Gave me managers name but refused to give hers and her coworkers names. Really hugely poor customer service and shitty food...even the redone pizzas came burnt too.
