Quite busy for Halloween so I am debating between letting it slide but the quality of pizza was honestly just bad, whole place was filled with customers so it was hard to even talk to the staff and pizzas where taking almost an hour longer then they should have, overall the place seemed like a mess and was obviously run very poorly, managers didnt seem to be making any effort to get the place running smoothly again, in the end I ended up with 2 very disappointing pizzas, definitely not how I wanted to spend my Halloween 👎

Waited nearly 2 hours for two pizzas. The pizza was also wrong. Bbq chicken but no bbq sauce. Spots missing cheese. Dry. Re-using the same dirty pizza pans for all different types of pizza. Girl making the pizzas being rude to customers, smart remarks when people are fed up and asking for a refund. If you’re slammed and can’t keep up, stop taking orders.

Took my points on a cash order and never delivered. The driver texted me and said it was a fake order. I redeemed my points? Why would I do that if it was fake? No points and no food. No bueno :(

My husband ordered two pizzas at 5:10pm and it said pick up was for 5:50pm so my husband and two toddlers went to go quickly pick up our order and they showed up for 5:45pm. They then sat and waited for our two pizzas for AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. They left at 7:00pm. The person working kept telling my husband 10 more minutes but clearly he was lying. Our kids were beyond upset, hungry and now tried since it’s practically bedtime. There was zero compensation or explanation as to why our order was clearly missed or not important. Super upset and disappointed.

I regularly order from here for both personal and business and have been for years. I don't think I have ever had an issue! Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery drivers are always friendly! .... and they actually follow the instructions you give! lol

Pizza Hut always delivers on taste and consistency. Their pizzas come out hot, cheesy, and full of flavor, with a crust that’s soft inside and slightly crisp outside. The stuffed crust is a must-try if you love cheese. Service is usually quick, and delivery is reliable. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer during busy hours, but the food makes up for it. It really sucks when all pizza hut has different rules I went to one pizza place on portage by dollarama looking for pizza of the day for veggie love and rude phillipino guy reply it is only online not in the store and i got it after same deal closer to my home on Plessis Unbelievable

Pizza Hut brand is in decline - ordered one ham/pineapple and one mushroom/pepperoni - literally TWO mushroom slices on each piece, same for pepperoni. The small amount of sauce used was bland - even the crust tasted weird.

Then wouldn’t let me do a deal even though I just did it 4 days ago. Wasting my time
