Placed order online. got status updates about how it's in oven etc but when we showed up at restaurant the place was closed!! it was Saturday at 12 noon. we drove over for nothing and our kids were very sad about not having a pizza lunch. we went to little ceasar and they hooked us up. way better pizza place.

My $45 pizza and salad. Pizza was hardly cooked, had few toppings, and was super thin. It was a nightmare to eat as it was basically limp and ripping in spots. And my $7 salad....? Wow do I ever feel ripped off. Pizza hut you need to step up your game because this meal was just sad.

I'd give a 0.They would rather argue and gaslight the customer then apologize and offer to deliver the order for free asap.Called the number for the henderson location but apparently when the store doesn't pick up it forwards to customer service.Customer service takes the order for pick up and says 15 to 20 minutes.Get to the store 30 minutes later and they say they don't have my order. After giving my phone number 5 times they claim it's still in the kitchen.I go sit down. Lady comes to continue to pass the blame to customer service and cut me off and walk away with no eta on when my order will be ready.I call the number I originally called to place the order and magically the store picks up and tries to make me feel stupid for calling.At which I point I said cancel it and walked out.Apparently placing on order through customer service is some far fangled thing. The store and customer service don't communicate with each other is what I kept trying to say/ask but kept getting interrupted.Can't find my order but they can print a copy of my order.Customer service must be in Ontario because those times are in EST.

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered two large pastas for delivery. We received four containers with barely any pasta inside, which was overcooked with almost no sauce. The Mediterranean con Pollo did not come with any chicken, feta, or pizza mozzarella, as advertised, and the Chicken Alfredo also had very little sauce and about 5 pieces of dry, overcooked chicken.Do not order from this location!

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years so we thought we'd try it. It came pretty much raw so I called and spoke to a woman that told me if she was the manager we received two new pizzas and they were both also raw I called back and asked for the manager. She told me there was no manager there. I said did was it not you that I spoke to earlier? She said yes I told her the pizzas are again and I didn't want anything from it just for her to know that it was a subpar product and I hope that no one gets sick from raw dough. She told me if they cooked it anymore it would be burnt. I've had it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 and it's still rising.
