Very rude customer service 👎🏻 front dining is clean but the kitchen is very dirty

Twice in a row ordering from this location we received raw dough. Once was the cheesy pull apart and the most recent was a personal pan pizza. When I called the store to advise them of this, I was on hold for over 25 mins and was forced to drive down to the store to actually be able to get assistance. In the end, I was able to get my money back and was offered a free can drink for my inconvenience… would not recommend.

Went to order some personal pan pizzas for the 2$ deal as I was famished after work. I went in and was told by the staff that this deal was in Ontario only. I explained that co-workers just ordered from another location only to be told by the staff “nope we don’t have that here” As far as I’m concerned they can stick it, you have lost a customer due to being rude and lazy.

These people never pick up the calls even though they are standing infront of phone and never picks up the phone and asking each other should we pick up or no. Its not only one time , its everytime i go there to pick up order . I never experienced from any pizza hut here in Winnipeg, only this location does that.

This store has been around for decades and always provides good pizza. They still have seating available for those who want to dine in.
I've gone quite a few times this past year and the staff has been great, even offering me upsized items when something else wasn't available. There's been a few hiccups, but overall I'm happy and will be returning more often.

Went here to get pizza , walked in. not one sign or menu had a price listed. They required us to ask and they will tell. How do we know they arent taking advantage of people? Horrible ethics
