Went to order some personal pan pizzas for the 2$ deal as I was famished after work. I went in and was told by the staff that this deal was in Ontario only. I explained that co-workers just ordered from another location only to be told by the staff “nope we don’t have that here” As far as I’m concerned they can stick it, you have lost a customer due to being rude and lazy.

These people never pick up the calls even though they are standing infront of phone and never picks up the phone and asking each other should we pick up or no. Its not only one time , its everytime i go there to pick up order . I never experienced from any pizza hut here in Winnipeg, only this location does that.

This store has been around for decades and always provides good pizza. They still have seating available for those who want to dine in.
I've gone quite a few times this past year and the staff has been great, even offering me upsized items when something else wasn't available. There's been a few hiccups, but overall I'm happy and will be returning more often.

Went here to get pizza , walked in. not one sign or menu had a price listed. They required us to ask and they will tell. How do we know they arent taking advantage of people? Horrible ethics

This franchise is a disgusting joke ..the owners and staff are absolutely ignorant and rude ..ordered food was told 30 40 minutes ..no problem...wait an hour and 10 mins ..make a call..was lied to about delivery driver coming to door (we have cameras)..was told the driver called and the store called ..ZERO MISSED CALLS...was told the order was canceled..by who I asked ? They don't know was the answer..was told I gave a wrong address yet was read back the right address and phone number...asked for them to re send out the order and they can pay for the meal considering I've waited over an hour and then what ever time they decide to take to actually come to my door with actual food..was told I'd still have to pay for the meal..as far as I'm concerned I will never give this franchise my business ever again..I suggest anyone else do the same.. you can definitely find a better option for dining and supporting a business that cares for those that keep them in business ...SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ZERO STARS
