They can’t even pick up the phone, the delivery driver was rude and they didn’t even give me the right order. I sent my partner down to go get the food and they gave us half of the order and made us pay the full price and when I requested a refund I’ve either been ignored or put on hold.
I barely write reviews and this isn’t the first time this place as messed my order and this is the first time actually requesting a refund from them instead of fixing the mistake. Never ordering here again that’s for sure.

Don't get your pizza delivered from pizza hut on William Ave/Sherbrooke, pizza was all squished and the guy said he did nothing wrong, we were driving away and him and his co worker were laughing at us, so we got out, in his face and they kept trying to say they did nothing wrong but kept laughing after, almost threw down with them but they kept hiding, sickening these people, oh after we got our pizza at home then we went back to show them in the store the pizzas cause they said the driver didn't do that so did they do it in store to mess our pizzas up? Never again will I order from there.

I ordered 2 pizzas online. After pick up, I noticed only 1 really looked like pizza while the other looked so flat like a cracker with toppings. It also tasted so hard like a cracker with no value for money at all. To make matters worse, I called them immediately I noticed to lodge the complaint. The phone rang for so long but they never picked the call! I felt like I wasted $39.19 for nothing!!
