I hate to say it yeah over cooking pizzas chase folks away I wish I could get a job in a pizza place I put passion and care into my customers hoping they will come back with friendly and care service cooking perfection for them.

Would not let the order go through without a phone number, phone number was provided by customer but it was made clear it was not his phone number seeing as he was unable to provide his phone number at the time. Customer ensured that they would go about business as usual and not call when the order is done seeing as they have never before called when the order is done. The person working there decided that he was going to harass the person who’s phone number was given to prove a point, he made a call to the persons phone number every 7-8 seconds (not even allowing voicemail to kick in) from 11:40pm-11:49 pm. This worker had only started calling after the customer showed up to pick up their order, customer requested he stop calling seeing as the person who’s phone number he’d given was asleep and explained that the person needed to stay asleep due to medication and medical reasons, staff member continued to harass the person who’s phone number was given until they woke up, all while making the customer stand there and wait for the food.

I ordered pizza but unfortunately I ordered thin crust and it was too much crispy but the lady replaced my ordered with regular crust which is something really appreciated.

I took pizza and drinks for takeout. Harveer attended us in very sweet and polite way. Service was quick. Food was delicious. I really recommend you to come and try out.
I am totally upset with my experience for my first time with online ordering Pizza Hut!! I seen an ad for the big New Yorker so I figured I’ll order it and try it… I order online and it CLEARLY says “order a big New Yorker OR create your own” so I clicked the only option they had … i ordered the classic Big New Yorker like the prompt said and when I received my pizza it was only cheese??? And then I call and they say you have to add on pepperonis????? How the heck do I have to ADD INGREDIENTS to a specialty pizza? Like it litterally says clear as day OR create your own but it LITTERALLY FORCES YOU TO CREATE IT YOURSELF! And then I call the store and the staff are completely useless and rude! Lied to me saying they were calling management to help me and then I call back and they weren’t doing anything. I will NEVER order from here again

This is the only location in Winnipeg that makes the pizzas according to my liking and possibly to everyone since all locations have a common problem of adding too much oil in the dough. Any location of Pizza Hut you go and will notice the dripping grease from the dough. William ave. Location actually makes it right and pizzas are generally very nicely cooked and good to eat.

WORST customer service ever. Didn’t deliver food, or come to the door. Claimed they called me, never had a missed call but regardless I’ve never had Pizza Hut call, they just make the food and show up. In what universe does a food delivery driver not come to the door and just leave without delivering the food? And then he was horrible on the phone… everyone is starving and this is insane. I order from Pizza Hut every week at the one on mcphillips, amazing customer service and they walk to the door to deliver the food. lol ridiculous

Overpriced, and when I asked the price for a personal pizza, it turns out I was charged $1.00 more than what is listed in the take-home menu when I looked at it once I got home.

What happened to the pizza at pizza hut? I don't usually order from there since they closed the restaurants but this time it was the $5 buck deal. I ordered 4 medium piazzas to maximize my savings, which came out to $10 dollars a pie. Everyone was nice when I picked them up. I can say the medium is now like a small.The dough itself is not the same, it has deteriorated to a crust you can find in any discount chain. It use to be crispy like a fried dough. Also the edges are thicker so you get less area for topping. The pizza itself was cooked properly but with a thinner layer of topping. I think they forgot about their product and lost quality. If I had paid full price I would have been more disappointed. Overall a let down and with the wide variety of other options for pizza it's unlikely I'd order from them on a regular basis. Too bad I use love pizza hut pizza. ✅ UPDATE Pizza hut did get back to me on October 11/2024 weeks after i made this review and sent me a link for feedback but i needed the receipt to do so. I don't keep my pizza ordering receipts for weeks, who does? So it amount to nothing. Thanks Pizza hut.
