Placed online order at 6:20 pm tonight. Was given an estimated time of 7:35-40. Online tracking said “processing your order” until 7:45. I tried calling the store. Sat on hold for 15+ minutes, then the line went dead. Maybe 5 mins lasted, my order tracking changed to “we are making your order”. Went online and saw on google they were busier than usual. Tried calling again to ask for an ETA. After 9+ minutes still no answer. It’s now 8:00pm. Online tracking changed to “order in the oven”. Tried calling again to get an ETA. Still no answer after 8+ minutes. Order stayed in the “oven” status for 15 mins and then changed to “order out for delivery”. My pizza arrived at 8:25 pm.
Please address your customer service issues. If you’re having kitchen issues, at least answer the phone and tell people. Ignoring calls isn’t the solution.

What a joke. Ordered from Pizza Hut and I wanted to enjoy it after not getting it in a long time.
1st the guy comes and gives us the wrong order which clearly said “Chris” on it so we gave it back to the driver.
2. He comes back with my order but now he’s missing a pizza.
3. Been waiting for a while already now for the missing pizza
4. Manager gave me 50% off but at this point I’m going to ask for free because that’s just too much mix ups and waiting.
Wasn’t worth it.

Missed an item from order. Was hung up on a couple of times, I spent 15 minutes on the phone in total just trying to get my item. The manager did call me to find out what I was missing and got the item sent , plus a free breadstick.

Cheese lovers, more like cheese haters. I can only assume a non cheese lovers pizza has no cheese at all. Extra sauce sure but no cheese. I was going to pickup and would have refused to pay for these.

Tried ordering, my order got all the way to delivery when it was canceled. I was not contacted so I tried calling, twice, only to be coughed at and hung up on. Never ever ordering from this location as this isn't the first time this location has screwed my order.
Edit** After NOT receiving my food, and NOT paying for it, they emailed me a survey and thanked me for my order. Yenno the ORDER I NEVER GOT. THE DELIVERY DRIVER STOLE MY FOOD & THIS LOCATION THANKED ME To be clear: I didn't order through skip or uber eats, I orderd straight off Pizza hut website. They made my food, the delivery went out but I never got the order. I went to check and it had "something went wrong" on it. I was not contacted. I tried twice to be hung up on. It was obvious at this point that the delivery driver from PIZZA HUT STOLE my food. This is the SECOND time from this location that this has happened.
NEVER ORDEE FROM THIS LOCATION. RUDE RUDE RUDE.
They don't answer calls and when they do they just hangup.You may never get your order, they are horribly rude. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
