Had a huge issue with my order last night, ordered pizzas and cookies after work around 10pm, delivery driver (SkipTheDishes) didn’t deliver my order.
But today, the manager Sourav (I hope I spelled that right) at Autumnwood Pizza Hut answered my call today and was very understanding, kind and apologetic about the situation. Within 5 minutes of our phone call, he saw my order and quickly realized what happened. He offered to remake my order and send it ASAP with a free 2L and a coupon for next time! Thank you, Sourav.
