Worst service ever, placed an order today on Aug 29 I called at 9:35pm and the girl mentioned it will be deliver in 30-40 mins. After waiting an hour I called 3-4 times to store in order to get an update on the third the guy named (Mandeep)picked the call mentioned it will be deliver in 5 mins since I live close by its just 3-4 mins drive. Even after that I mentioned if they can deliver within 10 mins because I am already waiting from an hour. After 15 mins nobody came to deliver the pizza. No any updates nothing….. I called them again 3 times after 20 mins and this time another guy picked the call and mentioned that (Mandeep) mentioned to cancel your order. I told everything to that guy that I never cancelled the order. There was no apologies nothing , I mean seriously guys… you ruined someone weekend if you can’t keep up with the service close your store rather than ruining someone evening.

I came here because it is a Canadian company but the freezer display was full of Ben and Jerry's ice crean . An American company.. was there no Cabadian ice cream? Shame on you. I won't even comment on the Amazon parcel pickup?????

Out of all the PizzaPizza locations I’ve tried, this one stands out as the best. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times, and every single time the food has been consistently good. The pizza is always delicious, the wings are great, and everything is prepared just right. The quality, taste, and preparation never disappoint. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on consistency, but this location truly does. I’ve never been unsatisfied with an order, and that says a lot. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a reliable and tasty pizza experience!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced — beyond disappointing. Every single time I consider ordering a pizza from here, it turns into a full-blown hassle. They never answer the phone — not once. I was even given a “special number” to call specifically for the HALAL option, and guess what? They don’t bother to answer that either. What’s the point of giving out a number if you’re not going to pick up?
Because of this, I’m forced to drive all the way to the store, wait in line, and then sit around for another 30–40 minutes just to get my order. It’s like I have to beg them to take my money. I’ve lost count of how many times I walked in frustrated, just because basic customer service is nonexistent here.
Ordering food is supposed to be convenient — this place has turned it into a chore. Honestly, it’s ridiculous that in 2025, a pizza place can’t even manage to answer a phone call.

Had a pizza pizza about a month ago, it was great. Today we ordered a meat lovers with a thin crispy crust. It came with a medium gooey crust. Very disappointing. We also ordered wings which were very good. Not sure if we will order pizza there again. To bad as they are Canadian
