I recently had one of the worst pizza experiences ever at Pizza Pizza. I placed a $100 order, including three pizzas and some side items at around 12:20 in the morning. While the sides were fine, the pizzas were incredibly disappointing. The toppings were sparse, covering only about 40% of the pizza, and the amount was far less than it should have been. They told me it would take extra time, but I specified that I needed the pizzas in 40 minutes, which they agreed to. If they couldn't meet that deadline, they should have refused the order. Instead, they accepted it and ensured I would never order from them again. To top it off, the pizzas were not properly cooked. This experience was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against ordering from this location.

Made an online order for my husband's workmates, and paid using my credit card. I called their customer service asking why the transaction hasn't showed yet on my mobile banking. The agent asked for the card details again and said it will be charged on the card and just to say the name of who ordered and the phone number used. My husband's colleague went to pick up the pizzas, and HE WAS ASKED TO PAY AGAIN! He said he thought it was paid already, but he was told it wasn't so he paid using his card.
I called customer service again to explain what happened, and was told that I can send my husband or the person who paid to be refunded by cash or back on his card, FOR TODAY ONLY.
So my husband went to the store after his work. He waited in the store for about 30mins only to be told that he cannot be refunded as he need to bring the two cards that was used. Bullshit! My husband drove 20mins and missed his appointment for this store's stupidity! No apologies at all too! Train you crews, and stop wasting people's time, and charging people twice!!!

Extremely disappointed with my order. First of all, the pizza cutting was terrible – the slices were uneven and stuck together, making it messy and frustrating to eat. On top of that, I had specifically requested cilantro as a topping. When the pizza arrived, there was none. When I asked about it, they casually mentioned they were out of cilantro. If that was the case, why not inform me while I was placing the order instead of leaving me disappointed when the food arrived? Poor communication and careless service. Definitely not ordering from here again.

The food is great but the service i received was terrible. Had to ask the staff member a few times what they said they were too quiet also whem serving me onion rings gave me no proper box or anything and a few fell on the ground, had to ask for a bag. Didnt ask if it was to go or anything like that. Would be better review if the service was better!!

ordered a pizza from here on skip, got my order and they sent potato wedges which i didn’t order and no pizza. wedges were good though. hopefully they can get better at giving the drivers the right order next time.
I ordered 2 large 4 topping pizzas and they both tasted like they been dipped in huge amounts of salt 😔 you can literally see the salt on bottom of the pizzas. My stomach started turning from it I will never order from that location again. Very upset customer 😠.

Absolutely horrendous working area. I’ve seen bugs on the floor and about 19 flies on the ground ALIVE while waiting for my food.
There were literal flies on the cheese that they were making the pizza with.
Went outside and threw away the food that I bought because I didn’t want food poisoning.
