I’ve bought from the past, and it’s always really good but today I went and they didn’t make the pizza good at all. There was so many bubbles in the pizza and chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Worst part was the customer service, the lady was so rude to me for no reason. She kept rolling her eyes at me and making faces. If your gonna be up at cash you shouldn’t be that rude or your gonna lose people from coming again. I regret not taking a name.

Akram clearly lacks basic customer service skills and shows no sense of professionalism. His behavior was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in civic sense. Would not recommend dealing with him.

Very disappointing experience. I recently placed an order by calling the number listed on google for Pizza Pizza and was charged $75 for two extra-large pizzas. However, when I went to pick up the order from this store, I was informed that had I called the store directly, the same order would have cost only $46.
The staff explained that orders placed through t
the central customer care number are priced differently and that they had no control over the pricing. They even handed me a business card and advised me to call the store directly in the future to get the best deals.
This kind of pricing discrepancy feels misleading and unfair to customers. If this continues, Pizza Pizza risks losing loyal customers. Transparency in pricing is essential, no one wants to feel scammed for simply using the contact number listed online.
Worst experience! Don’t recommend anyone. Recently I had worst experience with this shop while I was ordered the pizza by calling the number given online, which is 10 dollars more than the shop price and they didn’t do anything about it. They said the number provided online is different price than the in store price which is unacceptable.
Never recommend anyone.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience ordering from your service. We placed an order by phone, and the pricing we were given was significantly higher than what is listed in-store. We ordered two extra-large pizzas and were charged $75, whereas the in-store price for the same order is around $40.
Additionally, we did not receive any complementary dipping sauces, and when we visited the store to pick up my order, the staff did not take any action or show any willingness to resolve the matter.
It was very frustrating and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure better transparency and customer service in the future.

Had a disappointing experience at the front counter. The girl taking our order (ash-colored t-shirt with no name, age of mid-20s, noticeable pimples on her face) was rude and visibly annoyed, even though no one was in line. We were just taking a moment to choose our dips and drinks, but she looked bored and impatient the entire time. Very poor customer service.

I am a regular customer. Usually they're good but today I ordered wings and they served me spoiled chicken. The meat was yellow (photo attached) which is a clear sign of spoilage. It also smelled funny. Sure enough, I got sick with food poisoning and my night was ruined! How could you play with customer's health like this?! You lost a very regular customer.
