I recently visited Pizza Pizza, and while the food was great as always, the customer service left much to be desired. The young girl taking our order came across as somewhat arrogant, and I noticed her being disrespectful to one of her coworkers. My friend and I ordered a pizza that was priced at $16.99, but without our request, she customized it, which increased the price to around $23. Unfortunately, we only realized this after we had finished eating, so we didn’t mention it at the time. While the pizza was delicious, it would be appreciated if staff asked for confirmation before adding extras that affect the price. A bit more attentiveness to customer service would make the experience much better.

Dietary restrictions: I eat only Halal food and the waitress told me that all they have is Halal which is not, so I ate and I threw up with my kids and it was horrible experience

I order from here regularly since this store is near my home. I found their food quality is very inconsistent; sometimes OK, but sometimes not good. For example, I ordered a large pizza today near 4pm. Despite I paid extra for spicy sauce, the pizza not only had no spicy sauce in it, but actually had no sauce at all. Can you imagine eat pizza without any flavor at all?
