This place is beyond horrible. First, a guy with tattoos came up to us with zero respect and said, “What do you want? I can’t help you.” Already a bad start. But it got even worse — we paid for our pizza, and after waiting for over an hour, nothing came. When we asked what was going on, the girl working there was extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of apologizing, she told us straight up, “If you want to go without pizza, then just go.” Can you believe that? We were shocked. It was humiliating for me and my friends to be treated like garbage after paying our money. No food, no respect, no customer service — just pure attitude. This was the most embarrassing and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

Terrible service! We walked in and one guy with tattoos came up to us with the worst attitude ever. Instead of greeting us properly, he just said, “What do you want? I can’t help you.” Like seriously? Who talks to customers like that? We felt completely disrespected and ignored. No effort, no respect, and definitely no customer service skills. If this is how they treat people, I’m never coming back here again. Absolutely disgusting experience.

This was hands down the WORST pizza experience I’ve ever had. The staff had zero manners — rude, careless, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by taking the order. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was arrogant and dismissive, offering no apology or solution. Absolutely pathetic customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would. Save your money and go anywhere else — this place is a complete joke.
ordered a pizza at 8:29 PM on first of September 2025 Went in to get pizza at 8:50 and They didn't give the pizza there was a mess matching with the name, but the number was correct later on when we went into the store and asked later like after 20 minutes Is the Pizza readyThey said they had a issue with the number and the name so I already paid for the pizza and everything like a $10.07. Upon Walking into the store, the staff was very rude I was very disappointed and I didn't get a refund. I didn't get the pizza later on when I called Pizza Pizza customer service. They said that I picked up the pizza and paid for it. The store confirms it, but I was very disappointed because I didn't get the pizza very rude Staff un ethnic behaviour .
