I visited Pizza Pizza on McPhillips to order pizza and chicken. The cashier took my order and informed me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I returned after the allotted time, the pizza was ready, but the chicken was not. Upon inquiring, I was told that they had forgotten to cook it, and no apology was offered for the inconvenience. Once the chicken was finally prepared, I received my order and mentioned that the pizza was no longer hot. The cashier simply nodded without saying anything or offering an apology. I am very disappointed and found the cashier’s conduct to be highly unprofessional. This experience was particularly frustrating as I had been looking forward to this order.

Ordered pizza and some other food including chicken wings and popcorn chicken but received something else instead of chicken wings they send some nuggets and spicy jelepeno snack. Kids didn't like it. Otherwise pizzas were good.

Ordered at 7:45pm for pickup . They said it will take 40-45mins . Wow that much time for pickup . I reached location at 8:25pm and told them I’m here for pickup . They literally said your order is not ready we are just putting your pizzas right away in oven as the store got busy earlier and I still waited around 15 min in store for order. Thank you for such good experience .
