I had a horrible experience at Pizza Pizza 1740 Pembina Highway Winnipeg Manitoba. I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up, it was full of bubbles and honestly looked like it was made at a random local street shop, not a proper pizza chain. I went back to the store to tell them, and instead of fixing it properly, she said they’d make another one but still charged me again. What a complete waste of time and money—I had to drive all the way to St. Vital twice for this nonsense. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I’ll never go back to this location again. I also uploaded pictures. Last time when I asked for a bill, they didn’t provide it because I would have used it for the survey.

I placed an order at this location at 6:30 PM and scheduled pickup for 7:30 PM. When I arrived a few minutes late, I was given the wrong order without being asked for my name. It took several attempts and showing my phone for staff to realize the mistake. Only then was my actual order located, and it hadn’t even been started yet.
While I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of organization and professionalism was frustrating. There was no clear communication, no apology, and the overall customer service felt inattentive. After waiting longer than promised with no resolution, I had to leave without my food.
I hope this location can improve how orders and customer interactions are handled in the future.
