This is one the worst Pizza pizza I have been too. I often stay at the hotel next door and thet consistently dont have orders ready. Today I watched on of the workers using his bare hands to scoop popcorn chicken into the fryer basket after touching multiple items. No gloves in this place.

Been waiting for an hour and after that got the wrong order and I got paneer instead of chicken. I also paid extra for cheese and there was no extra cheese in it and also after waiting an hour and a half they told us to wait more

Terrible service. Bottom line: Staff doesn't listen. Oddly, the cashier offered for me to order some weird leftover pizza rather than what I wanted. No, no no. so NOT going to just take your old pizza (likely from a previously incorrect order). Of course, I proceeeded to order exactly what I wanted. I was told it would be a 15 to 20 min wait. OK, but waited beyond half an hour. Checked in twice ...And then he tried to give us the WRONG PIZZAS! Wow!!! How hard is it to make a pepperoni and a meat lovers? The order was correct on the receipt so that wasn't the issue. We received a refund and got out of there. My suggestion to the management would be to hire staff who care, even just a little, about doing their jobs correctly. Never again.

I had a horrible experience at Pizza Pizza 1740 Pembina Highway Winnipeg Manitoba. I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up, it was full of bubbles and honestly looked like it was made at a random local street shop, not a proper pizza chain. I went back to the store to tell them, and instead of fixing it properly, she said they’d make another one but still charged me again. What a complete waste of time and money—I had to drive all the way to St. Vital twice for this nonsense. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I’ll never go back to this location again. I also uploaded pictures. Last time when I asked for a bill, they didn’t provide it because I would have used it for the survey.
