I ordered an XL veggie pizza on Monday at 10:21 pm for delivery and received it around 11:05 pm. I gave a $5 tip to the driver since I’ve worked in the food industry for two years and i know they don't get paid enough . However, when I opened the box, I found a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni instead of the veggie one I ordered. I tried calling the restaurant but couldn’t reach anyone. After 9 attempts, I finally spoke to a customer support representative who was rude. When I asked for a discount on my next order, she argued and said she could only offer a 50% refund or remake the pizza. The replacement pizza arrived at 11:46 pm, and it was good. Later, someone from the store called and assured me I’d get a discount on my next order. When I called again today to place the new order, I was told I’d receive $5 off, and the total would be around $20. When the pizza arrived, the total was $25.23. I called back to ask why the price was higher, and they explained the employee had forgotten to include taxes and delivery charges. When I said I wouldn't accept the pizza and would file a complaint, the person on the phone just told me to go ahead. The pizza is good, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Wanted something quick and easy but instead had to take 5 minutes to order and had to face them trying to up charge me with individual items and give me “under the table deals” to make the combo void when i tried ordering something specific aswell as it took 35 minutes to get them to start MAKING the pizza. It been 10 mins since and I’m still waiting so I’m writing this. Unacceptable service for a pizza place. (Shouldn’t take an hour for pizza.)
Dietary restrictions: They have a good selection of choices to counter any restrictions
Parking: Easy to get into, ~12 parking spots 1 Handicapped spot
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t personally bring a child to this establishment. Too long if a wait and nothing to do and seats aren’t comfy sounds like a recipe for an unhappy parent
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the parking lot and buttons on the door

The staff was confused when I came there with a pick-up from skip. Overall they're fast but I wish they update the skip time cause my food was a bit cold when I picked it up.
