I just called to place an order. I was told to call back later because they were busy. I called back the second time, and the lady did not understand a word i was saying. She did not repeat my order or tell me how much the bill will be. She did not ask for what drinks or dipping i want even though it's for delivery. I called back again right away once she hung up, but some answered the phone and did not even acknowledge i was on the other end. They were talking to each other in Punjabi, and then someone just hung up.

This is really annoying. Happened twice already I ordered a medium veg pizza but they handed the wrong order. And when I tried to call the store there was no courtesy. He be like we can’t pull up your order but he knew which order he got and handed something else. Really disappointed. At least if they knew they can make the right order they could cancel the order from their side or replace it with something vegetarian they handed nuggets and chicken burger. For real

I must say, I have only ordered here a hand full of times, but I had this gentleman named Vic who has officially gone over and beyond my expectations!Not only was the order above expectations!I accidentally placed the order to my work by accident, but I received a call from Vic to confirm the address for delivery.10/10Thank you, Vivek!- Adam
Totally pathetic delivery service, they have issues with their payment devices and then they ask to interac to the delivery driver . I accepted and interaced them the payment , they called me and said we didnt get any interac, i checked my email and i had the confirmation done its delivered . They continued to call me for more than 10 times , I called them back and told that i have already interacted from my side , from other side the the driver handed over the phone to someone and he was being rude and started to threaten about police and all and then he disconnected the call . I called them back again and then they said now we have received the payment . Pathetic customer service have ever seen
