So I walk into this pizza pizza and the smell of marijuana just hits me in the face. The guy at the counter was clearly high and there was a pregnant woman working there. I ordered a slice of pizza and a can drink it took 4 hours. While I was waiting I over heard someone working there offer a kid a toke of her marijuana cigarette and I also heard someone going into labour. When finally got my food I ate went home and I was throwing up so hard blood vessels bust in my forehead. I am mediately went to the hospital and they told me I had a new chronic undiscovered illness. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

I place an order through doordash last night and somehow it got canceled. I got refunded then I immediately replaced my order to pick up and went to the restauraunt. when i had got there, the gentlement behind the counter asked me who i was and I told him my name and he explained to me that a driver had taken my order. We sorted it out and they ended up making me the most delicious food. Thank you to your team at pizza pizza. I am so greatful and happy with how the situation was handled. Best costumer service ever. To the driver who drove off with my order I hope the food was delicious!

The store is totally changed from inside from last couple of years . The new owner of the store really nice and helpful . The quality of the food is really nice . Must go and support the local owner and food .Vegetarian options: There are lot of veggie pizza and meat option available in the store .

Decided to pick up pizza at this location after a long day. I had only tried 'Pizza Pizza' once begore at a conert at the Canada Life Center arena, and it was really good, so decided to try the Crestview location.The guy at the counter was friendly, took my order which was a 3 topping pizza with 3 canned drinks and 10 pce chicken bites (not sure if thats the name). The chicken was good, but they forgot to give me the dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the pizza was awful. Hardly any cheese, and found a coarse black hair when I went to bite into the pizza. ? Couldn't eat it after that. Waste of $40!

I placed an order of paneer pizza for delivery.first of all, the delivery driver gave me a cold pizza that was not fresh and it seemed like they firstly cooked the pizza with only onion and green pepper and after that they put a panner topping because the panner was not cooked enough.moreover there were hardly few pieces of panner on pizza.i will never order from pizza pizza at 3025 ness avenue ever again.

I had a disappointing experience with this pizza place. I called them 30 minutes away from work, planning to order and pick up on my way home. However, the person on the phone informed me that they couldn't take Halal orders over the phone and insisted I visit in person. This was surprising because other places with Halal options usually accommodate my requests over the phone and even add notes for the staff to include Halal meat. The refusal to take notes for Halal meat seemed inconsistent, especially when they could note other preferences like using a clean cutter. This experience left me unsatisfied with their customer service, and I won't be ordering from them again. ?

Terrible service and experience. I regularly order the popcorn chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce, it's not on the menu however they do it with the cauliflower bites and popcorn chicken poutine so I just simply pay the difference or price of the poutine. This is a regular and simple thing I often get. For some reason the staff could not comprehend how to do this tonight and refused to simply toss my chicken bites in the sauce and allow me to pay the difference. I will never order from this location again (Ness Ave, 3025) as this is one of my favorite things to order.

The pizza is really good, staff at the store seem knowledgeable and helpful.Delivery drivers are hit and miss. My last delivery the driver placed my entire order on the GROUND while taking payment. Super unprofessional. Order was late (55 minutes from order time) and was not even sorry.Get pickup, their drivers suck.
