I stopped by Pizza Pizza last weekend, and I’m already planning my next visit. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh dough and herbs was irresistible. The staff were welcoming and quick to take our order.

Ordered online new spicy Habanero stuffed crust. Surprise, very lightweight pizza on arrival; after opening, hard to find the stuffed crust, like nothing. I am attaching some pics for reference. Waste of $35 dollars; went in the garbage. I complained. Received a replacement pizza. This time, the driver opened my pizza box in an unhygienic way and touched my pizza with unwashed hands after driving and tearing my pizza from the stuffed crust side to show where the stuffed cheese is. Ridiculous, no manners, no hygiene, and argued with me. Also, no consent to open the box or touch my pizza. This store and driver are doing an act of shame.

My wife picked up the $20 pizza & wing special this evening 12/7/24. She had to go back because they forgot the wing sauce. The pizza crust was tough, short on toppings & sauce and the wings were slightly under cooked. Cheap price for a very disappointing meal.

The 2 Stars For Service is not a reflection of the location...it's of the person at the call center taking the orders who didn't know the menu. I felt like I was training them over the phone. They're advertising a Tobasco Colab and she didn't know how to add the sauce to my pizza so I had to get just however it's originally made. Food was delicious otherwise. Staff in the building were friendly.
