The Poutine King - where Smokes come to eat! Sooo good.

Love this pub! The staff are awesome, the food is great! They always have specials, my favorite are the ribs! The owner is friendly and always makes sure everyone is taken care of!

I'm a Montreal poutine snob and have had trouble finding somewhere that makes it just right. Poutine King does! Excellent fries, gravy and cheese curds. Just like Quebec! Yum!

Trevor was an awesome server. My friend and I came for drink but decided to try food when I found out about poutines...I had a poutine and my friend had fries. Trevor made sure everything was good with us. He was the only server working at the time so I didn’t mind the wait. (I work in hospitality) but he was great. Very polite and attentive. I recommend this place. But TREVOR was awesome. I give him 10 STARS.

I ordered chicken fingers and a poutine off Skip. The chicken fingers were mediocre and they FORGOT to poutine my fries. So, I didn’t even get to try the poutine from “The Poutine King”. Thanks for nothing...

My first time trying PK & I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The Montreal-style Rueben sandwich was phenomenal.

Amazing cheese curds and mostly seems like a quiet place to hang out at night with friends

This place is never open for lunch on Thursday/Friday when they claim to be. We have shown up several times after 11:30 when they are supposed to open, and were shutout, having to scramble and find a different restaurant to quickly eat at during our 1 hour lunch break. We walked by on our way back from a different restaurant and they were still closed at 12:45 on a Thursday (today). It’s embarrassing when you drag your coworkers out for lunch, only to have it be closed. As I said, this has happened multiple times. We will never try to eat there again. They should really just close their doors for good, instead of wasting people’s time. Bad way of doing business. Don’t waste your time going to this place. Plan for something else.

Great food, poor tap selection. TV situation is above average but not great for game nights unless you score a primo table/view

I don't usually leave reviews but my last visit here has made me decide that I won't be coming back.

Fantastic poutine, very relaxed atmosphere, and awesome staff! Always very accommodating and kind. They have vegan options and are able to make any of their poutines dairy free! Fantastic place to grab a beer, poutine, and watch a game.

3.5/5, +.5 for service PK Sports Pub, or Poutine King, replaced what was a game board bar in Osborne Village. The transformation is quite impressive, and bars are always welcome in a neighbourhood that's currently trying to refind its character. While this place is ultimately a sports bar, its mainly focus is their poutine. They have a wealth of poutine choices, though I definitely recommend the basic one if it's your first time. The Montreal Smoked Meat Poutine is good if you want a Montreal twist to it. I don't think the poutine is as good as Le Garage, but it's probably a comfortable 2nd or 3rd best in Winnipeg (depending on how you rate Underdogs or Leopold's). It holds its own quite well for sure. Service is excellent in the two times I've been here. It's not too busy for lunch and they have a decent lunch special (poutine + drink for cheap), so I definitely recommend this as a lunch spot if you're not into the bar scene.
