Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Spent around 35$ and just a waste of money. Asked for dine in and tables were totally messed up even there were leftovers from who ever did dine in before. Ask for spicy chicken still it was just a mild. Orderd a fries and got the ones which were sitting in guess from whole day cold.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The tables were visibly dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, even though the place wasn’t particularly busy. I noticed staff members standing around talking rather than taking action to clean or maintain the dining area. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially when the restaurant isn’t crowded. I hope management addresses this, as it really impacts the overall experience.

I showed up with a field trip of 40 people mid afternoon. The staff were super accommodating, gave us a good deal, and quickly fried up a fresh batch of 100 pieces of chicken. We took over the entire (empty) restaurant and had a wonderful time. Students loved the food. Excellent service. Popeyes is always the best place to go with large groups.

The food was good, but the store was quite dirty. No clean tables, litter on the floor, etc.

Overall food taste was decent. But to get obviously old gross lettuce on my deluxe chicken burger was disappointing, and the amount of fries was sad for $16. Luckily since I live outside of the city I disassemble things to reheat and noticed the lettuce before actually eating it.

The staff at the drive thru forgot my drink and I didn’t realize until I exited the lane. I assume this was the manager since he was wearing a different uniform, but he went out of his way to run out of the store, flag my car down to give me my drink. Most fast food places would have just not care, I was so impressed. Will be coming back to this Popeyes location more often!

Their chicken is good nice and crispy. Also the hand dryers they have are mint. Blow all the water right off there. However the onion rings are to be avoided. Yikes

I came to Popeye’s for dinner and left my ring in the washroom until the next morning. Thanks to Khan and his team found it and kept it until I came back. I appreciate it. Good food and good services btw. Thank you guys

I came to pick an order a girl name navneet was there my order was ready just need to give the I don’t know she is supervisor or manager she was continuously busy talking with a turban guy working in kitchen wasted my time and my half shift turban guy kept saying give the order but she was busy talking before also i was seen it but this shouldn’t happen everytime behaviour was not good at all extremely sorry to see that behaviour with customers

Chaotic front counter placing my order. Lots of people between Skip, waiting for order, placing order and checking out the menu. No real organization. I placed a large order and had to confirm serveral times with staff what I wanted. Very confusing. Even after I paid the staff still had many questions about what I wanted. I usually don't double check orders but I had minimal confidence they knew what they were doing. When we got home to eat the food was pretty good.
