I recently had Popeyes at the Sterling Lyon location .The chicken was crispy, juicy, and seasoned well with that signature Cajun-style flavor. The outside had a nice crunch while the meat stayed tender. The biscuits were buttery and soft, and the sides (like the fries and coleslaw) paired nicely. What really stood out was the staff and manager ,they were friendly, polite and made sure all orders was correct..

I had an excellent experience at this Popeyes! The chicken was fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned — especially the bone-in mild dark, which was cooked just right. The manager was very friendly and hospitable, making the visit even better. Great service and delicious food, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best service for a fast food restaurant I’ve experienced! The gentleman helping us out was so engaging and fast and made us feel so welcome.
My daughter wasn’t even done filling up her drink yet and our food was up already.
Fantastic! Very impressed.

I’m waiting for more than 30 min and many orders picked up and I am still here bad service never come to this location

I’ve done 2x mobile pickups here, both times having to wait an extra 25 minutes to receive my order. Ridiculous considering one of the order was 2x 5 piece nuggets and 1x mini chicken sandwich. No apology for the wait or anything.

Edit: manager called me to apologize and recommended I place the order prior to going to the drive thru to pick it up (which doesn’t make sense to me because I explained I placed a mobile order then drove to Popeyes to pick it up). He did give me a $10 credit, which is to be redeemed in store, but I probably won’t be going back to that location anymore.
