To be honest- we went via drive thru so can't speak for the atmosphere. It was pretty late at night on our way home from a trip. The food when we received it was good - chicken was very flavorful.
Also ordered a cajun poutine and despite the drive home it wasn't soggy. Lots of gravy too.

This place has the nastiest food ever. My wings had no meat on them and the ones that did, had nasty old dried brownish coloured chicken. They were definitely super old and refried a million times.

Big Box is a great deal, I usually customize it to x2 spicy Chicken breast and mashed potato on the side with fries! It was served hot and on time. Customer service was excellent.Thank you!

Fantastic experience at Popeyes! The customer service is excellent—the staff is incredibly nice, cooperative, and always ready to help. The food is just as great! The fries are crispy and flavorful, the chicken is fresh and juicy, and the red bean sandwich is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this location for both the food and the outstanding service.

After a day of fasting during Ramadan, decided to treat ourselves to Popeyes. I pre-placed the order & picked it up. Upon time to break - fast, took out the food and was disappointed to see that the fries were forgotten.
Forgotten fries - an annoyance…Forgotten fries when you’ve been fasting & it’s your treat meal for the week…a little more than an annoyance…
I instantly called and the associate who answered heard me out completely and didn’t make me feel like my complaint was insignificant. Instead, he empathized and immediately rectified the mistake.
Mistakes do happen, but the care you receive when handling the occurrence goes tenfold.
Amazing customer service. Thank you for truly going out of the way.
