Popeyes has the best fried chicken I have ever had so far in Winnipeg. It’s my go to place whenever I crave for fried chicken and their biscuits have my heart too. They always serve fresh food and at the same time their customer service is amazing.Hats off to the team ?

Chicken fry and wings are my absolute favourite here. Great customer service as well. Overall enjoy visiting there. Shudipto Podder helped us a lot of times and he has been very friendly and his customer service is remarkable. He deserves a raise !!

Save your money and guts, drive to a different location. Ordered delivery, and we received an entire order of spoiled, rotting, undercooked, and over cooked all at once. Side dishes were only a couple of tablespoons each, all dried out and crusty. Every single item minus the bottle pops was disgusting. I had to arrange a ride to the location, and they did refund me. When in the restaurant, I noticed they had 10 workers and enough food precooked sitting out under warmers for 100 people, but it was quiet and dead in there. So you're paying top dollar for food that's sitting out 6 feet from the register drying out and exposed to all 10 employees walking by and customers at the till, one sneeze and it would all be contaminated, no cover or sneeze guards in place. This location is nothing like others I've been to.

I got stale fried chicken through Drive Through on Sunday March 31st.After posting a review their General Manager Arshad reached out and was apologetic and offered us a free meal of the same we ordered.I went inside the store for pick up where shift manager Shudipto was decent enough to help me out. He also was being apologetic.The food we received after the bad review was 100 times better than what we first received.Thank you for reaching out so quickly, hope you provide the same quality always!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo, what I received was a sandwich with extra mayo. I couldn’t eat it, so I ordered a second sandwich through delivery while waiting for a refund from the delivery company. When my second sandwich arrived they had correctly put no mayo, but they also removed the pickles, which I hadn’t asked for.Their food is delicious, but they got my sandwich wrong twice within one day. I’m extremely disappointed, and I will no longer be ordering from this location.
