Not bad chicken
I was really disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered their BOGO 6 piece boneless wings, with a 2 litre of diet coke, an order of fries, a few sauces and an apple pie. The order arrived with a regular coke (not diet), no fries, and the chicken seemed quite old. I am a diabetic and cannot have regular coke so I was upset and called the store. Initially, the staff could not understand me and asked me to repeat myself about 5 times. Which only escalated my frustration. Eventually they handed the phone over to the manager, who seemed to have issues understanding me as well but eventually she told me they never have 2 litre bottles of diet coke. Then perhaps take it off the menu and don't allow people to order it? Anyways a bunch of repeating myself later...she said I could have a free pop for next time. Which made no sense to me. I let it go and waited for the order to come and sure enough, missing fries and cold old chicken. I called back again. More communication issues before finally being passed to the manager. I was informed the new staff had made mistakes and they would talk to door dash about refunding my order. This was a stressful and experience because the communication was nearly non existent. The manager explained that the new staff is new to Canada. If they cannot communicate and follow basic English then they shouldn't be working with customers and doing orders. I appreciate the manager staying calm with me and wanting to make things right which is why I'm giving any stars at all. Hiring staff should mean that they have desirable skills and can do the job, even if they are new. I understand giving chances but at what cost when orders get so screwed up. Thanks for the refund. Hopefully you guys do better in the future so I can change this low star review.
I came to this Popeyes location earlier today to pick up two Uber Eats orders. After collecting the first one, I was calmly waiting in the same place I always stand for the second order.
A manager approached me and spoke in a very harsh and dismissive way, telling me to move away. There were no customers in the restaurant and my second order was nearly ready.
After this interaction, I noticed a low rating on my Uber profile, and I believe it was related to this incident.
I’m trying to do my job respectfully, and this kind of treatment was very disappointing. I hope delivery drivers are treated with more understanding in the future.
Ordered a four piece and a three piece dinner. Got home and the diet drink wasn't marked on the lid. Three piece had only two pieces. The chicken was so dry and shriveled up. I called when I got home and instead of offering a replacement meal for a later visit, their solution was

Been to a few other Popeyes in the city but this one gave me the best dining experience so far. Highly recommend visiting.
To be honest, this place did not live up to the hype. My nephew enjoyed the pickle glaze chicken sandwich, but the fries were cold, and the container was not very full. I was hoping for a buffalo chicken sandwich, but there wasn't one on the menu, so I got the special of 5 nuggets for $4. They were tiny and pulled out of a warming tray instead of freshly cooked. Very disappointing for a place that prides themselves on their chicken. I won't be back, but I may pick up a chicken sandwich once in a while for my nephew.
My last 2 visits to the Regent location have been very disappointing considering previous experiences were very good. About a month ago I placed a drive through order and I waited for the cars in front of me to get theirs. When I got to the window they asked if all dark meat was ok. I said no and they told me it would be 15 minute wait. I cancelled my order as I was disappointed they didn't tell me that at the order board. Today I placed a drive through order and got to the window and was told it would be a 15 minute again. I said ok but asked to ensure there would be a balance of white pieces. We waited the 15 and when we opened the order there was 3 legs 3 thighs and 2 wings. This will be the last time I go to Popeyes. I don't know if it's management or staff that's changed, but I will spend my $ elsewhere.

We visit this location fairly often, always been good till today. Order taker at counter had a Team Leader tag on, poor example of team lead. Rude, no smile, no please, no thank you. Totally uninterested and unappreciative. Even watched her afterwards treat the other customers exactly the same way. The girl handing out the orders was much the same, but if your team lead is like that, the tone is being set...I like Popeyes but this location does not understand customer service or appreciate the business. Lots of other choices in the area.

15 minute wait for chicken. Here is a novel idea cook a few pieces or give an item like gravy, coleslaw or a drink for making me wait.

I placed an online order and was supposed to pick it up at 7:28 pm. They forgot to put “my order” in and forgot about it. After talking inside, they told us to wait another “8-10 minutes” without a “Sorry” or anything that they “care” about their mistake. I then come back to finally pick up my order. But still, no one cared and even gave us an attitude. It took us “1 hour” in total to get my tiny and cold chicken wings. :)))
