“One of my favorites.
A great meeting place for drinks. Beer and simple cocktails. Lots of menu options but the Manitoba Bison Burger is the best with a Caesar salad and hot sauce 😋 Their homemade soups do not disappoint either.
A lot of people have the nachos too.
Lots of TVs for the games, close to the Burt, and lots of seating space with a variety of windows, high tables, booths, and counter seating.
The wait staff are great.
The owner is awesome.
Lots of wonderful memories here.

“My wife and I came up to visit Winnipeg from the US state of Iowa about a month ago to support our kind Canadian neighbours. Naturally, we wanted to try some poutine, but we couldn't quite decide which one, so I ordered the Traditional Poutine and my wife ordered the Butter Chicken Poutine. They were both delicious for different reasons. Next, we split a main dish, which the staff kindly put on two plates for us! We had the Lamb Sarnie (Shaved lamb on Focaccia with Horseradish aioli, Arugula, tomato, sautéed onion & Havarti cheese) along with the Cranberry Chèvre salad. With all the tasty food, some Strongbow Cider from England, friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere, we had an overall great exprience, and we think you will have that too if you give it a try.“

“Tried dinner tonight at the Toad and food was amazing. We had the chicken club and the TBH burger. Highly recommend! 5 Star!!!“
“ANAF Club 60 (the Legion) is an incredible bastion of affordable drinks and bar-side activities. Drinks during Happy Hour are very reasonably priced and they typically have many local options on tap. Bar-goers can enjoy Karaoke (depending on the evening), Shuffleboard, and Billiards, as well as themed nights. Great Spot along Osborne and River.“
“I went with my granddaughter and 2 of her friends, we had the best time. The piano show was fabulous & great food and the cocktails were really good. I will definitely go back. Our waiter Josh was really fun & entertained us all evening.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Janelle during my visit this evening at Tavern United Windsor Park and I can honestly say she made the whole experience outstanding.
Not only was she friendly and professional, but she also had great recommendations her suggestion for the meal deal was great! This place offers great food specials you dont want to miss! I’ll definitely be coming back partly for the food and drinks, but mostly because of the fabtastic service. Way to go Tavern United!“

“Great drink specials/ prices! $5 Caesars! Halloween drinks! Yummy food at a decent price. Our waitress was awesome. Was very dead in there - which I thought was weird for a Saturday - but I'm sure they were pumping the day before when both the Jets and Bombers were playing. Would definitely check this place out again.“

“Another great Irish pub. Live the prices the people and the drinks. It's a big pub with pool tables and good music. They have karaoke with very enthusiastic singers. This spot is fun every time I've been here. Thanks to the staff for being so great.“

“Had lunch at The Taphouse Osborne today and it was so good! The burger was super juicy and tasty, and the poutine hit the spot, crispy fries, melty cheese, and rich gravy. Everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely one of the best lunches I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“Lovely place… Clean, Super Friendly Staff, Fast & Easy Service.
Group of 8 went here between the hours of 8-10P.M. 100% would recommend for people looking to have fun.
Willing to refill iced tea & water which was super nice of them… also got the shot glasses (when we forgot to take them back, so thank you)
Drinks were at an average price… you’re looking between $6-12 per drink unless you want some FANCY STUFF. Then that will run your wallet but drinks were delicious.
Food was also sooooo good, 10/10 on that. Cooked to perfection - cool enough to eat too.

“Wife brought home Spaghetti Pizza from here after visiting her father in the hospital. Delicious, lots of toppings. Reminded us of pizza we used to buy at a friends restaurant. A bit pricey for takeout but was a tasty treat for the whole family.“

Tapp's is a nice and comfortable place to be. Folks are nice and the food is delicious. Portions are great. All the workers are polite and helpful. Beautifully renovated. Lots of space.“

“This place is phenomenal. I come here 3 times a week if not more and I have to say the customer service is bar none the best in Winnipeg. The food is always tasty, plus all of their delicious sauces! Their massive beer selection, plus rotating tap keeps things fresh. The atmosphere is the best. More TVs than I have ever seen in a pub. There is nearly every board game available to play, plus the internet trivia that is always fun! Do yourself a favour and try this place out! You won't be disappointed. Say Hi to Ryan the bartender while there, he is riot!“

“We are new to a gluten free diet (not by choice) and Natalie our server last night was very helpful with selecting gluten free choices. The food was amazing and everyone took extra steps to ensure the gluten free food didn’t come into contact with our other meals. “Went in for Thursday night wings and it was pretty busy with a bit of a wait but the girls at the stand were so friendly (I think there was some training happening) and made every effort to seat us where we wanted (we have a favorite area). Our server Jenna was the coolest and we had a great time.“

“Always a pleasant experience at Brown's Social House. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Food is very tasty. Generally we go late afternoon but tonight we arrived after 5:30 and experienced a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.“

“Came here for a birthday party. Literally every table in the place seemed to be reserved, so it was very busy. Service was understandably a bit delayed due to how busy it was.
Food was good. I had wings. My husband had pizza.
After we ate, we played pool. They have 2 tables available for $2 a game, which isn't bad compared to most places. Was a fun time until the music became deafening -- then we could no longer hear ourselves / those around us. We left soon after.
Would come back for wing night or something sometime, but would probably leave again before the deafening music.
Dietary restrictions: My husband has severe allergies and they were able to accomodate him.“
