What a horrible food experience for take out if I ever had one. If I could give them a zero, I would. But the service was mediocre and very monotonous from the young girl that served probably 50 ppl before us, citing the same required script like lingo when asking about proteins and toppings. I understand that it can be tedious at times, but service with a smile doesn't cost you anything but your own efforts to make a dinner's experience one to remember. And if I could suggest NOT packaging up your Cheesy Crusted Quesadillas in a bowl that's got a lid so that you can ensure it stays "Crusted" and not turn itself into a mushy hot mess that leaves very little gusto to the appetite (as seen in photo) and perhaps use one of those two open sided paper sleeves and keep the food item flat instead of piked on top of each other, then this dinner's food would be more enjoyable (and maybe a teensy bit crusted) 😒 I mean after spending $65 and change, I definitely thought it would have been a much better meal than it became. Sat in my fridge after I couldn't eat it, then went into the garbage a few days later. Would not recommend doing take out. Dine in...maybe. but not for another $65 👎🏽👎🏽 from the hubby and I ☹️

Visited Qdoba yesterday. Our server was great. She explained all the food options to us. We lost our phone there and contacted the manager who went above and beyond to help us find it. Alas, it was stolen! But he took time out of his busy day to search his security cameras and contact the mall security for us. Thanks again for the effort. We will sure to be back for a delicious lunch again.

I wonder if the employee's here are just intentionally incompetent, or if its a sport. 3 delivery orders (directly through their app) all 3 screwed up (missing items), store refuses to refund the missing items from order.. Will only do stuff if we come in, the hilarious part is? they put a note in apologizing for the previous error... Than proceeded to make the exact same one and some how its always "the trainee's fault"
