We visited QDOBA Mexican Eats for the first time, and we were truly impressed — especially thanks to Simran, who was incredibly helpful. We watched as she prepared our meals, and the portion sizes were really generous. Everything was clean and well-organized.
There was a small misunderstanding on our part — we had become members and placed our order through the app, not realizing it had to be done at the counter. Simran kindly explained everything to us, and even offered us free chips with queso and drinks to make up for the confusion.
She was so pleasant and customer-focused that our very first visit turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food was also truly delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
