I ordered on door dash and a dish missing Chipotle salsa side for Double Cheese Mini Nachos. Contacted the store and the employee DARE TO LIE by saying it's being mixed together. In fact there is no salsa on top, ONLY CHEESE. No apologize, AVOID IT

Came back to check and see if my review got any response. I see it was deleted. Is this a race thing? I'll go back there today and see if I can get an order of hard shell tacos that are not broken because besides decent service that's all I really want. Is that too much?

Order pickup from uber. The portion was small for $14 veggie bowl and it tasted like a regular packed salad from grocery. I ordered two same bowls but it taste different. One has a lot of cilantro lime sour cream, and the other one has too much refried beans but they forgot the sour cream on the second one

I wanted to try a burrito for lunch and a first time customer. I asked how do I order? I don’t think she understood and was rude. She started naming the fillings on what I wanted and I started picking the fillings but and asked when can I pick a protein. She said I did already, the roasted veggies, oh that’s not protein, can I put the fish in it? She angrily said “That’s extra!!”. I looked down and noticed the guacamole was rotten. I walked out. No wonder this place is empty during lunch hour. Not coming back.

The food itself was fine, but to have just one worker on a weekend in downtown? That’s ridiculous and a safety concern… The worker herself seems a bit lost through the process and I believe having someone else with her could be a big help. This isn’t to give her trouble, but more concern for her.

So ridiculous that they only have 1 worker here at night. Its downtown Winnipeg, you need 2 minimum. Plus the worker we got was shockingly clueless. Food was good at least, where service heavily lacked.

Tried the spicy chicken burrito at Quesada Burritos. The taste was good, and the atmosphere was quiet as we were the only ones there. The staff was fine, and the service was quick due to the lack of other customers.
Get some staff in here. They poor girl behind the counter had 10, not an exaggerating, customers lined up with no help in sight. It's a safety concern for the young lady and it takes too long for everyone to get their food.
I gave Quesada 2 stars....but the young staff member gets 5 stars plus!

I used to eat here 3 times a week but they switched the staff and customer service is non existent now in the evening. Waited 15 minutes because the only person working was preparing an Uber eats order and ended up leaving because it was ridiculous. Came back after a few hours, asked for a burrito and after waiting for over 5min with no other orders or line I was told they had no refried beans.

St Mary’s location messed up on everything kept doing the opposite and was forceful. Example:Asked me if it’s to go or stay in and I answered to stay. She then gave me to go order lol.I asked to buy a gift card and she didn’t know how to do it.Didn’t even eat my food as she wanted me to pay for the item even tho it’s free with gift card lol.
