Was really craving a burrito and thought to give this place a try. Ordered through Skip on my way home from school on the bus and was left on the processing and accepting screen for 30 minutes. This screen told me that the order had not been accepted by the restaurant and so I waited some more but was running out of time to wait, as I had places to be. I called the store thinking that maybe their tablet wasn't working but when the lady picked up, she responded very rudely that their machine was in-fact working and that they were already doing two orders. I asked her why it was saying they hadn't accepted the order and she said she didn't know and then hung up. I don't know why she was so aggravated by my question but I know I definitely won't be giving this place another try through any delivery apps OR in person if this is the response given when a simple question is asked.

Ima keep it simple. Bar burrito is way better! Cheese ? is cheese charging extra for runny fake cheese not cool. Overall first and last time. But service was amazing ?

Lots of burrito places in the city. This is the first one where I had a truly spicy one. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. All around great experience. Ghost Pepper salsa was excellent ?

This has been my goto for Mexican food in the last few monthes. Have put in several orders on Fridays as my treat meal for the week. Never had a bad experience with the food. I usually get delivery, and love that there are great deals like 2 for 1. I cannot pass on their chips and queso anytime I order.
Dietary restrictions: Good compliance with dietary restrictions, but wow was that bowl bland, and bitter where it wasn't bland.

This is the worst place to eat orderd 2 burritos and got to no flavor burritos and the rice was so hard that I almost cracked my teeth really bad quality

Hello. I don't appreciate standing in line waiting to make a purchase to go, after spending $70 with my family eating in, and the young Indian lady yelling at me " What do you want!" Were very busy! Sit down and we will get to you!!" This is the worst customer service I've EVER seen. J hope Quesada head office has been made aware of what's going on at this location.
