My favourite way to cap off a good work week is a friday lunch at Rae's. I frequent more often than i care to admit.
Rae's has great atmosphere, amazing service, a feature menu that's constantly changing and always rotating local taps. Easy to be a regular because options are always changing.
Try some beat chips with your order, they are a must for me. Pizza's are made on a delicious sour dough, i often order the beef tacos and Tuna Nachos are a mut try. Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.
Try our Rae's and I bet you will quickly become a regular.

Always great new specials that are above the norm and well done. There are always new specials and matching drinks to try. One of our favorite places to go away from the kids.

Me and my girlfriend came here in a whim since it was the only restaurant with tables available over the long weekend. We were delighted by the food and service, the lamb shank I had was particularly good as well as the cheesecakes we both got. Service was spectacular even though they were quite busy we never had to wait too long for our server to come check on us, the restaurant was beautiful and cleanly. All around a great experience and we will be coming again

Disappointed. We’ve been here probably half dozen times and the foods always been good. Tonight tho, different story. We arrived for a late dinner at 830 after a long day at work. We were planning East Indian food down the road but when we passed the bistro, wife made a comment we could go there, up to me. I turned around because Indian food tonight I was just not quite in the mood for. The first thing I noticed on my way in was a sticker on the door, BLACK LIVES MATTER. We stepped in and I made a comment to my wife, maybe we should just leave. I don’t think that’s appropriate. I bit my tongue shook it off and we were seated. We ordered, for dinner a tuna poke bowl and coconut shrimp. When the meals arrived my wife commented that the shrimp were quite dark. The waitress asked if she’d like them remade, the answer was yes. It didn’t take 5 minutes for the new? ones to come out. As they were put down I commented to my wife they almost look darker than the first ones.They were dry and salty, coconut shrimp. Why salt? The tuna poke was ok. Too much sauce for me. But ok. I usually get a wedge salad and soup but decided something different. My bad. Our server left for the evening right after dinner came out and the new server was just as attentive. Only left 10% behind for a tip. Not the wait staffs fault the shrimp was sub par. By the way other than salad where are the vegetarian and plant based options? Funny bonus, university of North Dakota hockey was on the tv and our daughter was actually at the game. Kinda cool. That’ll be my last visit to Rae’s. If you want to share your political views by displaying a Black Lives Matter sticker, you don’t need our business. That is a horrible organization, and in the name of BLM, people go out looting and rioting. Think Minneapolis. Defund police. What good has come out of the millions of dollars they’ve raked in? A hair over 30% to charities. That’s a disgustingly low amount. How any owner of a business could stand by an organization like that is mind boggling. Every life matters. To single out one out just creates division.

Service was excellent. A bit too noisy for my liking, but…I had the Pickerel with thin fries and hmm, a large thimble of basically shredded carrots and a hint of cabbage. The Pickerel was devoid of taste, as were the overdone fries, and “salad?” We were four so we shared beet chips and chocolate cake. I found the chips left a “lardy” coating on my tongue. The cake was absolutely amazing! According to my friend, the Sweet Potato Bisque is terrific. My husband had chicken sandwich, which he very much enjoyed.

Super friendly staff, and they were very accommodating we were at first seated at the tall tables with chairs on the lounge side we wanted to be a bit more comfy, so we asked if we could move to a booth they graciously checked and moved us they told us the other side has a two-hour limit. We were there for a little over two hours, and they were super kind and didn't say anything. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing I got a burger the pretzel bun was so good! Give them a try if you're in the area!
Service, ambiance, appies and cocktails were good. Unfortunately, both the chicken burger and sandwich were subpar. Wrong ratio of ingredients and lousy chicken. Bacon was fatty.

Just went to raes bistro an lounge today for a birthday meal an wanted to say from the atmosphere to the service an especially the food it was the absolute best our group of 5 people thouroghly enjoyed it would recommend it to everyone
