Margherita pizza tasted amazing. Sauce is amazing. Crust is thin, but has a great taste regardless.

We were looking for a quick dinner option while staying at Inn at the Forks. Both the margarita pizza and service were great!

Two years ago, we spent 3 weeks in Italy and soon realized that no Pizza in North America comes close to Pizza from Italy. Especially from Naples Italy. In Naples we had Pizza from Antica Pizzeria Port’Alba which has been serving Pizza in the same location since 1738.
That was until last weekend when we had a Margarita Pizza from your place. The flavours, the soft crust and the simplicity, reminded us of how good Italian Pizza should be made. We will return next time we are in Winnipeg.

This ours so greasy the toppings fall off, yuck. I thought this was supposed to be gourmet.

Update: can’t even use a knife and fork because the crust is raw.

The pizza was disappointing extremely thin and overpriced. It also took about five minutes to prepare, which is surprisingly fast but didn't make up for its lackluster quality.

Their margarita pizza is seriously delicious and the strawberry lemonade is addicting! The pizza sauce was very rich and flavourful. The cheese melted in my mouth and the tomato’s were a delightful burst of flavour. The crust is very soft and on the thin side which I prefer but if you prefer pizza with a thicker crust this probably isn’t the right pizza place for you.

Red Ember makes some very good pizza tops, but they sure don't make good bottoms. The flavors above the dough are excellent. I loved the meats, sauce, and oils I had. However, the dough was extremely flimsy, soft, and literally soggy when served. It clearly needed to be cooked longer or somehow firmes up. This is otherwise a five star review, but I can rate this higher while the bottom needs work. For $20 that should be the last thing needing correcting.

Need to improve food quality. Service and nature around is pretty good. You just need a good food to enjoy there.

Ordered a cheese and mushroom pizza the only way my daughter likes it. The mushrooms were huge, was very delicious. The pizza was not soggy after walking 10min to the park. Lady at the till was very friendly, highly recommend a try and definitely will be returning.

We were with family from out of town and ordered some pizzas to share. All the pizzas were pretty disappointing. They had good flavours but were all under cooked and soggy. The crust was limp and the toppings slid off when you tried to pick up a slice. If we weren’t so hungry we would have taken them back. Will not be going back, pretty sad.
