Red Lobster

My sister and I visited your restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. I would like to give a huge shout out to our waitress Chey. She was so amazing with our 89 year old mother. My mom was interested in the Tuesday special which was Crab Legs. She was unsure if she was going to be able to crack open the legs. Chey replied that she would do it for her. When our meals were delivered, Chey came back to our table and opened up all the legs and passed my mom the meat. Mom was so happy to have that done for her. Chey took her time to ensure all was well with her prior to leaving the table to take care of her other tables. Chey is definitely a GEM of a waitress! Thank you for making our mom's trip to Red Lobster a wonderful experience!!

Our server Thor was so amazing and was on top of everything. He went above and beyond expectations and the food was exceptional!

We had Thor as a waiter and he was the best waiter we have ever had. I have fussy parents and he made sure they were well taken care of, they had only good things to say about him. The food was incredible but the service was the best part!!!

I had the fish and chips which was pretty good but I have had better. The coleslaw was perfect. Nice and creamy just as it should be. French fries were good. Didn’t care that they came with seasoning salt. I thought the tartar sauce was nice and tangy. They definitely didn’t give enough for three pieces so I did ask for more but had to wait a few minutes for it to arrive to the table. The service was good. A little on the slower side considering the restaurant wasn’t full. She may have had other customers I didn’t see so I did take that into account. Server was very polite.

We came into Red lobster, and we were extremely disappointed, my 10 yr old daughter gets the kids meal always gets garlic shrimp instead of grilled shrimp it's a texture thing, she won't eat shrimp off a stick, and we have been getting this meal for 4 years even 2 weeks ago and our server said no absolutely not that an hr before we came she met with her boss and was told no substitutes allowed on anything, now that's very bizarre to hear because lots of people have certain allergies, and if this is the case it needs to be posted in the menu, so my daughter had to get a shrimp Al carte, side fries and a kids pop but she charged for a adult pop so $21.42 we had to pay instead of $8.99 I believe, absolutely ridiculous, if I would of known ahead of time that we can't substitute we would not of stayed, but we ordered our drinks already, food was not even good came out lukewarm, I will definitely not be back I am so disappointed, and it's so sad we eat here once a month and was gonna bring my whole family for my birthday next month

I had such a great experience at Red Lobster yesterday night. The food was yummy. We tried their lobster soup, seafood platter, garlic shrimp pasta, coleslaw, and a Pina colada. Everything was delicious, and OMG the portions were huge (definitely come hungry 🙂) . Their complementary biscuits were also so yummy. The service was awesome too. They are really friendly and attentive staff. It was a fantastic visit and you should definitely give it a try.

Ordered food online that cost me $133, arrived 10 minutes before 6pm and was asked to wait for that 10 minutes (ok no big deal). It's my Dad's 82nd birthday so I wanted to surprise him. $40 worth of appetizers were not there. Had to drive 30 minutes back to Red Lobster to get my starters. Not impressed.
