Red Lobster

The service was great as always and although our food was delicious, our party of four was extremely disappointed to see that many items have been removed from the menu since our last visit - especially the option to create your own two or three item combo along with the peppercorn steak and shrimp. We had all been looking forward to ordering those items and while contemplating the new menu, we also noticed that the main entrees that used to come with a choice of two sides now come with just one. As is the case with groceries nowadays, we are now paying substantially more for less and the menu is quite limited now compared to what it used to be. We will be back again, but will not frequent this restaurant as often as we used to as a result of these changes - sooo disappointing 🫤

I recently went to Red Lobster for their all-you-can-eat shrimp, and it was honestly a great experience. The shrimp was hot, well-seasoned, and came out pretty quickly once we were seated. The staff were friendly and kept checking in, which made the whole visit really comfortable.
There’s also plenty of parking, so getting in and out wasn’t an issue at all. The only downside was the waiting time before getting a table—seems like everyone comes for the endless shrimp, so it gets busy fast.
Overall, the visit was worth it. Great food, good service, and a smooth experience once you’re inside. I’d definitely go back for another round of unlimited shrimp.

Our waitress was phenomenal, full of smiles, friendly, funny, bubbly, on top of our requests. Absolutely amazing and of course the food was great. A couple of the steaks were slightly under done and came back perfect. Love it!!

Ate right at 11, only 3 tables being used. Service was excellent. Always a fresh hot biscuit and drink refill. Kids menu was great with photo representation.

We were pleased with the timing and quality of our meals, and our server was very attentive, checking occasionally to see if all was well. The bill was presented in a relaxed “whenever you're ready” mode and no pressure to immediately confirm accuracy and pay.

Dined at red lobster with my dad and we sat in the lounge because it was so busy and I cannot say enough great things about Inti! He took such great care of us, was very attentive and accommodated all of our needs. We come here often but have never had such great hospitality. If you come definitely sit in the lounge and ask for Inti he was great and made our night!

the service was amazing, and i got to try the sea food boil and i 100% recommend it to anyone who’s been wanting to try it. it was delish and definitely filled me and had left overs. THANK YOU RED LOBSTER for making my bday dinner a memorable one❤️

We came for my birthday as a family of 4 yesterday. Our server was very kind but due to a busy restaurant, the service was slow. We ordered a Seafood Boil to share between 2 of us. It came cold, the corn was over cooked, potato's under cooked, extreme lack of sauce. It was a heavy disappointment. We also did not get a chance to ask for a new Seafood Boil as our server was so busy, no one asked how our food was until about 20 minutes into dining when majority were done eating. The appetizer of stuffed mushrooms were great, the scallops were as well. lobster pasta and shrimp was a hit for the others. Our server did a good job of managing our 2 celiac allergies and was informative. However, only having paper lists of GF food that is not specific was a let down. One item would say it is NOT gf, however it would be if you got it without the side of bread. We wouldn't have known that if it was not for our server. Therefore it's an unclear list, it does not tell you what is and what is not EXACTLY Gluten within the items.

Was here for a Celebration with some friends the other day. Our server Thor was great! Frequently made sure we had every we needed. Drinks and food were at our table within a timely manner. Very funny and personable young Man. Thanks again Thor!

Nobody offered any gloves (every table had them btw)
The guy who was serving us literally was throwing our receipts cuz we didn’t leave any tip
Come on bro you work there and you get paid
If people don’t want to give u a tip that’s their choice
So stop showing attitude and just do ur job gng🥀🫩

But I pressed the wrong button and he got so mad
it’s insane
This tip culture is getting way out of hand

Came in today for my sons 18th birthday and all the food was amazing I was served by Shelby and Thor they did such an amazing job next family birthday we’re coming back and requesting them as our servers.
