Very disappointed with the new menu my favorite things are gone. Had the lobster shrimp linguine but the shrimp have tails on so hard to enjoy when u need to keep picking the tails out of your mouth. Used to be my favorite restaurant

Red lobster . I love eating here. Lots of great memories here. The only issue I really have at this point is the cost. Everything has gone up so much. Four years ago, I would have paid $39.99 for the ultimate feast. Now the cost is $53.99. That is a heck of a price difference. Oh and by the way, if you plan to pay with plastic (aka debt or credit) you will be forced to tip a minimum of 15%. No matter what, you have no choice to go less. You can pay more for a tip. No problem there, but it won't let you play less. Do yourself a favor and pay cash. So you can choose to pay what you want for a tip. Especially if the sever doesn't do the greatest job. Not asking for drink refills, lack of dinner rolls (which they are famous for).While we were there, it was very clean in the dinning area. Bathroom wasn't clean. The main course took a long time to come out. Two tables that came after us, were served before we where. One of the tables had 3 extra people at the table. But was still served before us.Having said that. The food is delicious. I can't complain. They also took my food allergy serious. I didn't have any issue. I was concerned when the server said she has seen customers use allergy meds infront of her before. That was concerning. But I didn't have an problems.The food was delicious and we will come back of course, as they aren't many other choices for sea food here.Dietary restrictions: Tell them you have food allergies and they take them seriously.The servers may scare you with tails of past customers using their allergy meds on sight. But this now helped the staff to take allergies more seriously.Parking: All parking is at the back of the building. The parking lot is shared with another restaurant. But, there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps, and wheelchair access doors. Parking at the back of the building.

Recently, my friends and I visited Red Lobster, and from the moment we stepped in, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the staff. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. He escorted us to our table, helped with menu choices, and was always nearby, ready to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our order was brought to us.The waiter not only ensured prompt food delivery but also checked on us regularly, asking if everything was alright. His care and attention to detail truly impressed us. In addition to friendliness and energy, he showed genuine concern to make our visit as enjoyable as possible.Overall, our visit to Red Lobster brought us a lot of positive emotions. We will definitely return again and recommend this place to anyone who appreciates attentive service and excellent cuisine. Much respect and gratitude to all the staff at Red Lobster for their care and dedication to their work!

So a year later have gone back to red lobster and the prices ARE THROUGH THE ROOF!!! Ridiculous! Sorry. Love your chain but not at these prices. Not going back.Have not been to Red Lobster in years. Went on a last minute decision. They have upped the quality; of food, of service and even pricing was not bad. While you really have to be ok with a chain restaurant and this type of food, the manager and staff have done a great job! My only negative note is the tank at the front entrance looks horrible. Water is murky and a few lonely lobsters are floating around. It should be cleaned up. First impressions are everything.
