I work beside Swan Pizza and come here multiple times a week for their $4.99 personal pizza deal. The pizza is amazing but what really amazes me is everyday I see the staff make pizzas for the homeless people they see in the area on their dollar. Makes you feel good supporting them!

I was passing through Hamilton and decided to stop at Red Swan Pizza on Centennial Parkway — and I’m so glad I did! The moment I walked in, the owner greeted me with such warmth and hospitality that I instantly felt welcome. The place was clean and inviting, and the service was quick yet friendly.
The pizza was outstanding — fresh, perfectly baked, and generously topped. The crust had just the right balance of crispness and softness, and the flavours were spot-on. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
It’s rare to find a spot where both the food and the people make you want to return, but this was one of those places.
I’ll definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in Hamilton, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for great pizza and great service!

Very disappointed with pizza at this location. I have been going to the upper Ottawa location and they serve the best. Mushrooms were burnt and pizza had no taste.
Edit: we tried pizza from this location again, we were not disappointed. Pizza was made fresh, hot and generous amount of toppings. They do have 1 person deal ($4.95 personal pizza).
I am happy that they take customer reviews seriously and improvement can be seen through their food.

Just tried the Classic Roman pizza from Red Swan’s and oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious! The crust with sesame seeds is such a nice touch, and the toppings were super generous and full of flavour. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, not greasy at all. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely coming back for more.
Absolutely loved their paneer tikka pizza! The flavors were amazing! perfectly spiced paneer, fresh veggies, and that sesame seed crust was a total game-changer. You can really tell they care about quality and freshness. This might just be my new favorite pizza spot. Highly recommend giving it a try.

This has been our go to place for pizza for past 3years because it was tasty and served everything halal. But recently I was served non-halal pepperoni pizza, I paid and was about to leave the place. When one of the employee came to help other customers and looking at my hijab informed me that they are no more selling halal pepperoni. I am shocked that these people didn't even care to mention it online, half of the staff doesn't even know about it. I don't know from when they've started doing this but it's really not fair to claim that you serve halal and later it turns out something else. Hospitality also has room for some religious considerations and commitments, staying truthful to the customers.
I really appreciate and thank the only one staff who was vigilant and had excellent customer service.

Don't order food from this store ever in the name of things, they fool people and charge them so much. Order a paneer pizza with barely paneer on it or other toppings asked for a thin crust got double layer. unprofessionally made. And it smells weird.
