This has been our go to place for pizza for past 3years because it was tasty and served everything halal. But recently I was served non-halal pepperoni pizza, I paid and was about to leave the place. When one of the employee came to help other customers and looking at my hijab informed me that they are no more selling halal pepperoni. I am shocked that these people didn't even care to mention it online, half of the staff doesn't even know about it. I don't know from when they've started doing this but it's really not fair to claim that you serve halal and later it turns out something else. Hospitality also has room for some religious considerations and commitments, staying truthful to the customers.
I really appreciate and thank the only one staff who was vigilant and had excellent customer service.

Don't order food from this store ever in the name of things, they fool people and charge them so much. Order a paneer pizza with barely paneer on it or other toppings asked for a thin crust got double layer. unprofessionally made. And it smells weird.

1 medium cheese and 1 medium shawarma pizza costs $38 That’s way over priced, and I guess the guy who took my order added everything he have on my bill without me asking for it but i was in a rush and I don’t have time to argue or reorder One mistake and never again

I order the wings with hot sauce they ready wings in two minutes because the store the wings in refrigerator and only when the customer need they are just microwave it from top it is was hot but inside it was iced I don’t know they always doing this to the customers

This is a franchise and the pizza was way overpriced for a custom pie, it was also small and under topped and over cooked ( probably because the toppings were skimpy . I've had pizza at another Hamilton location on upper Ottawa and it was amazing . So what's up?
This was the first time ordering pizza here cause family said they were good. I preordered on line to pick up at 5:20 arrived at 5:10 for my 2 pizzas. I live 5 mins from pizzaria and upon getting home i found the pizza barely warm not hot as if it was premade and quickly heated somewhat. The crust on bottom was barely brown..undercooked and the toppings were very scarce. We usually order pizza maybe once a week and i was really looking forward to trying their product and was extremely dissatisfied.
